Shit spot for a anniversary stay
Pros:

Room was nice and cool

Cons:

Outside of front door was covered with spiders
Hair in bathtubs
Lady at front desk saw me waiting to get in building and made me wait so she could finish a cigarette. I came in and dinged bell she turned and seen me and continued smoking
Advertised as a Bed and breakfast but that was worse hotel breakfast ive ever seen

Everything was great would stay again. Popcorn in the lobby every evening was great

Nice location and good for our one night stay.

Cons:

A little dated. Needs updated outlets with usb and end tables. Room was small. All and all it was good for a one night stop with our small dog.

Great stay
Pros:

We enjoyed our stay at Patti’s Inn and Suites. It was right up the road from many attractions. Everything was clean and the rooms stayed cool in the extreme heat. Every one was very pleasant and friendly.

Clean, comfortable and quiet!!!!
Pros:

If you want a clean, comfortable and quiet hotel, then this is the one for you!!! It is not a fancy hotel, but does have an outside pool, refrigerator and microwave in each room. My biggest reason that I recommend this hotel is that it was clean and quiet. I was going to Patti 1880 settlement, and it was located perfectly to go to this settlement.

Good points and bad points, but not worth the cost.
Pros:

Conveniently located. Afternoon staff was very nice and helpful. Very accommodating after finding a major problem with our room.

Cons:

Room was in shambles when we checked in. Mattress off the bed, linens strewn about the room. Not at all ready to be occupied. Evening staff very unpleasant. Bathtub was dirty, but pretty clean otherwise.

Pros:

It was mundane

Cons:

That they lied about having warm cookies in the lobby and a good breakfast. No true. Pillows were terrible bed was hard. Room did not have a theme.
