The lady at front desk had a bad day took it out on me because I ask her about my booking online I supposed to had two bed she told me it was nothing she can do lied said she didn’t have a room but when I came back second time she had one available which was crazy she had more than one that’s that’s the only problem I had and room wasn’t clean good tub was dirty look like someone used the bath towels smh bad business for somebody that’s coming from out of town

Worst Hotel Ever!! DO NOT STAY HERE!!

False advertising. Pictures on the hotel website are nothing like the hotel. The bed had a hard mattress, and it was on a steel frame that was so loud and uncomfortable!! There was no hair dryer or coffee machine, which stated on the website that there would be one in the room. The room was dirty, and the bathtub was disgusting !!
I tried to call the front desk, and the phone in the room was broken. When I finally got ahold of the front desk, the girl stated they don't provide any of those essentials.
I bought a hair dryer at cvs, I plugged it in, and the dryer sparked along with the plug. I had to return the dryer. I told the front desk and was told, " Not our problem, it's never happened before." I asked to speak with a manager, I was told" call next week"
Housekeeping never came to give new towels or to clean the room.
I have never had a worst experience at a hotel.
This hotel gets a negative mark!!

I booked for 2 nights and only stayed 1 because got woken up by a big roach crawling on me while I was asleep. The room had mold on ceiling and a hole in wall above the sink mirror
