The family I traveled with enjoyed their upgrades, making me happy.
Cons:

The Covid era housekeeping standard was unexpected and not appreciated.
Asking to have the sink cleaned after a few days stay seemed something that shouldn’t have needed asking. The soundproofing was the worst I’ve end, especially in a higher priced lodging.

Good location and nice pools - just don’t expect any housekeeping.
Pros:

The pools were nice and location was very convenient.
Overall stay was pleasant.

Cons:

Biggest surprise was total lack of housekeeping. We stayed there for 5 days and not once was anything cleaned or replaced. Guests can request towels, sheets, tp, soap, etc but everything is delivered in a bag left at the door. So you’ll be making your own bed and changing the sheets if needed.
Property a bit dated and halls had some odd smells that resembled wet feet.

Pros:

The room cleaning staff were excellent!
They were fun and friendly and a joy. The room was spacious and met our needs. They did give us late check out.

Cons:

Toilet didnt flush very well right off. We called just to let them know- not a big.deal. We had no power- it was strange- room had power in half off it and stored around so were not able to use the bar or restaurant which when we have stayed in the past was so great and fun. Pool closed due to power issues too. Not their fault but it was a total bummer. Property was lovely but jiat couldnt utilize due to power issues.

Pros:

Great location. Delicious food, fair prices. The building is a bit dated, but the friendliness and professionalism of the staff makes up for it. The spa is great. Arthur is an awesome massage therapist. Make your appointment way ahead of your visit if you'd like a service. Looking forward to our return visit.

Cons:

It was a bit dated and the sheets were scratchy. The hot tub was a bit too hot. Bit we never reported it, so that was our bad.

Pros:

The room was clean and comfortable, the inside pool was amazing it was cool and refreshing and the room was beautifully designed

My mattress a little firmer than than i like but I still had an amazing visit

A nice place for adults to stay. I would not recommend for children.
Pros:

It’s a good location. I have been coming here for over 20 years. I particularly like the spa area. The linens were clean and soft, the towels as well.

Cons:

The rooms are looking a little worn. The fan on our air conditioner was very loud. The curtains were also looking worn, and you could see sunlight through the bare spots of the blackout material. The bed was not very comfortable.

Got the job done but wouldn’t want to spend much time here
Pros:

It is convenient from the Maine Turnpike and close to other retail like Target and Starbucks

Cons:

The rooms are in need of updating, pretty worn down although the beds were very comfortable and they have made attempts to update the bathrooms but it’s more of a band aid approach. We had a first floor room that opened directly to both the parking lot and an interior corridor. We did not use any of the spa facilities.
