Pretty Good Option
Pros:

The beds were absolutely AMAZING!!! They were super comfy and clean. My family and I really slept very well!

There were always plenty of cookies, tea, coffee, and cold water in the lobby. After a long walk in the evenings, I stopped in to grab an oatmeal raisin cookie and a cup of tea.

Breakfast was included and always had something for everyone. Love the waffle maker area!!

Cons:

Room size was a bit too efficient. My grandson and I were both able to easily touch the ceiling. While sitting on the toilet, I could reach and turn on the shower which was on the other side of the bathroom! Plus-sized folk might struggle in this room unless they left the bathroom door wide open...

Pros:

Always like the location and breakfast.

Cons:

Beds have always been very comfortable- that one felt like it’s due to be replaced. Low in the center.

Ok stay.
Pros:

The staff was friendly. The ability to have a hot tub, swimming pool and sauna was nice.

Cons:

Very small rooms, wallpaper was peeling up, noticeable water damage on the ceiling. Didnt have any garbage bags in the waste baskets.

Knowing what I know, it is a decent place.
Pros:

The LOBBY was very up to date.
Unexpected to me, check in was a HC room. I requested a change and was politely accommodated.
I like the unique room/hallway design. A very inviting looking pool area.
Friendly staff, met three.

Cons:

Parking spaces are tight for larger vehicles. Care must be taken to find a spot nearest your room due to downtown location and hillside layout. Get out of the ramp upper level by 11am!
The pool was locked during posted open hours (not that I would have used it).
I'd like to emphasize; if you don't like stairs and are easily turned around - this is not the place to stay. It's a very serious maze, part of the charm, but a potential hinderance as well.
The tub drained slowly.
The refrigerator did not sit flat.
The inside of lamp shades is very fuzzy.

Good location. Lousy facility

Strong mildew odor. Facility is very worn. Trip hazard at bathroom door (carpet is loose). Bed not comfortable. Breakfast was very bland.
