Spacious room, clean, great desk service. Sidelight was watching 2 bucks engaging in antler rattling and other wildlife adjacent to the parking lot.

Very pleased with our stay; there were no issues. The pool was small but adequate. Unimpressed with the other guests, as there was a couple that shampooed their hair in the hot tub. But that is not the fault of the hotel.

Two visits

We stayed at this hotel for two nights two weeks ago and had a good experience so we stayed again for two nights while visiting our daughter and her family. The hotel is clean and the people at the front desk and the breakfast area are friendly.

However, we won’t stay at the property again. During our first visit, we noticed at breakfast that a lot of people were going to a band camp. Apparently these kids and their families weren’t big smokers because we didn’t notice any smoke smell. But during our second stay, the hotel lobby and hallway smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. We then noticed the smoking area is right in front of the hotel and there is even a table and chairs there, right next to the front door. I don’t want to smell the smoke or to smell like smoke, so I won’t be staying there again.

Smallest pool ever seen in a hotel. Everything was clean, breakfast was adequate, staff pleasant and helpful. Housekeeping does not clean during your stay. I like it when they do. Pricing was fair. Beds not hard, not soft, kind of in between. Would probably stay again if I was alone instead of traveling with a child. It is a quiet location.

Good, Quiet, and affordable
Pros:

My spouse and I were in town for the first time. We had never been to Stevens Point, and I'm grateful that this hotel is on the quieter side. Walking distance to food and groceries. Nice beds, pillows, and sheets.
