Pros:

The location was great , the staff was helpful and friendly and the room was clean.

Cons:

The bed was a little too hard for my liking and the furniture was not comfortable the couch and the chair seat was so deep you had to shove pillows behind you to get comfortable and that was only temporary before your back started hurting again. A upgrade in mattress and furniture would go along way. Also was surprised the first hotel I've been to in a while that didn't have smart TV's.

This is our go to place to stay for a quick getaway to Asheville
Pros:

We usually stay here when we have a quick trip to Asheville. It is conveniently located to everything and it is always very clean. The breakfast and coffee are always good and the staff is super friendly.

Cons:

Because the building is located so close to the road, you can hear the traffic outside. It isn't a deal breaker but it is really the only downside to staying here that we have found.

Affordable rooms but in need of maintenance and increased water pressure
Pros:

The facility was conveniently located and the breakfast was good.

Cons:

The mattresses were not very comfortable and we didn’t sleep well. The desk chair was so flimsy you couldn’t sit back without the feeling of falling over. The water pressure in the shower was so restrictive that it came out in a very weak trickle.

Cons:

The noise . No one explained that it was under renovations . The manager wasn’t nice at all when I accepted about no microwaves in the rooms .
