Ottimo hotel anche per famiglie.
Pros:

La struttura è molto moderna e le camere sono belle e confortevoli, avevamo due camere comunicanti e In una c'era anche un angolo cucina con un microonde. Pochi minuti a piedi dalla sbahn e dalla autostazione. Molto comodo per raggiungere a piedi il centro storico. Molto comodo anche il garage sotterraneo. I letti erano comodissimi e le docce pulite e perfettamente funzionanti.

Cons:

Non avevo avuto conferma se potevamo avere le due camere comunicanti o solamente due camere vicine. Sono stato contento di avere le camere comunicanti.

Pros:

Pulita e buon posizionamento.

Cons:

Non ho avuto una buona impressione perché mi aspettavo una reception sempre aperta e disponibile ma appena sono arrivato la struttura era chiusa ed ho dovuto prenotare da un altro hotel . Inoltre non si sono assunti la responsabilità del disagio provocato . Pensavo che una catena di hotel così importante poteva rimediare e accontentare il cliente in una maniera differente.
