We made the best of the situation, but definitely will not be back.
Pros:

The hotel was in a good location. Just minutes from everywhere we needed / wanted to go. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The hotel room was noticeably dirty and our AC leaked causing large puddles on the floor. We had to spend a lot of our time cleaning and maintaining the water leak when we could’ve been enjoying ourselves.

It was just ok.
Pros:

It was very close to everything we needed

Cons:

The hotel was dated. It was very humid throughout the entire place. Everything felt wet. We had to ask several times for a shower curtain, trash removal and clean towels.

Room was perfect.

Cons:

The front desk receptionist over charged my card twice , and I had no money left if I ran out of gas back to Duluth because of this. The receptionist should be looking at there computer more closely!!! This has happened the last two times I have come down from Duluth now !!! Not happy With this part AT ALL VERY INCONVENIENT!!!!!!
