Elevator broke and was stuck, floor flooded on first floor, very very loud neighbors all night every night and felt unsafe

Good pricing & value for great stay across from Beau Rivage Casino
Pros:

We were attending a big concert at the Beau Rivage Casino in Biloxi and found the Best Western Oak Manor to be perfect, directly across the street from the casino. They offer great prices, special offers, clean rooms and kind staff for our stay.. It was easy to cross the street and safe with a well defined crossing and light.

Pros:

It was close to the convention center that's the only thing that was good about it. And it didn't have a smell to it.

Cons:

The parking lot is small, the pool was cloudy and no one was swimming in it. Trash was sitting at the entrance door unattended. The cover on the bed was thin.
