The bathroom could have been a little cleaner. I can tell no one swept the bathroom because hair was all over the floor. Other than that, I really enjoyed my stay. Will book Again

One of our best hotel finds!
Pros:

Perfect location for easy access to the casinos. We felt safe, the room was clean, and the private side balcony with a great view was a nice bonus. The room was a bit humid at first, but using the “dry” setting on the AC fixed that. Breakfast was amazing, and the ladies cooking made it even better—they were so sweet and went above and beyond!!

It was okay could’ve been better
Pros:

I like that it was in downtown close to everything and the view plus the clearness.

Cons:

I did not like the fact that when I tried warming my food in the microwave it instantly started smoking. Also the breakfast area is entirely too small.

We loved this hotel it’s so close to the casinos and right across from the beach.
Pros:

The room was very big judging by rooms we usually get when staying in hotels. This room also included a table to sit and enjoy you meals in the room.

Cons:

The floor was very dirty and sticky on our arrival. We actually took cleaning cloths we brought and moped the floor.

Pros:

That it was close to the casinos we were visiting.

Cons:

We didn't have power on a whole wall due to the fact they were treating for bed bugs in the room next door and the heater they were using was throwing the breaker, maintenance let us know they informed management to not rent our room for that very reason. We were offered a downgraded room. The hallways smelled of marijuana the entire night. The garden tub was small and didn't drain. The towel rack kept falling off the wall. We were told to speak with the manager in the morning during checkout but apparently management isn't actually available on the weekends and the staff were extremely rude.

Cons:

Dated. When comparing to other hotels the beds are not as comfortable.
They could really benefit from new mattresses and pillows.
Holiday Inn Express really has it down when it comes to comfort.
