bathroom was exceptional
Breakfast at Stella's was Wonderful. Friendly Staff at Hotel and Stella's. Both went above and beyond. Wonderful location got to walk around town and close to Arena for Concert. Everyone was so Nice. The shuttle /Lyft to and from Airport was nice to have .

If I could give 0 or negative stars I would. My family had gotten me yungblud tickets for my birthday, my partner and I were going to go we were both really excited for the concert as a little get away I had booked a room at the best western clock tower inn thinking it would be a good hotel to stay at. My partner and I had gotten some tragic news about a family member dying very unexpectedly, I had contacted the hotel to cancel our room because we would not be able to attend the concert anymore, with everything going on I thought canceling the room would be the easiest thing to take off my plate. They made me go through hoops for a while, just to basically tell me my reasoning for canceling the room was not acceptable and I still had to pay for the room. There was plenty of time for them to fill the room this wasn’t a thing of we just decided not to go this was a big impact on our lives and yet there was no sympathy only a slap in the face.
The room was perfect. The pool area was lovely. The location is within walking distance to several nice restuarants. Free breakfast options at a nice diner/bakery. Staff was delightful! Bonus - covered parking! All of this at a very reasonable price!

Stella's kitchen was the best breakfast! And Jennifer on reception at BW was so helpful, especially when I arrived so tired.

Given the age of the property we were pleasantly surprised by how clean it was. It’s a nice location and the breakfast option worked great for us.
fantastic property, clean rooms and helpful staff. Could park right in front of room and lots of parking space available. Good with dogs as well.
