Pros:

The underground parking works out well to to keep your rig out of the Montana snowstorm. The staff were courteous and the gentleman working thebreakfast area was constantly ensuring the area was clean.

Cons:

The room i was located in was located a next to the stairwell, so I just had to keep my curtain fully drawn, as the window looked into the stairwell and passing people.

With the exception of breakfast, it was the most miserable time I have ever spent in a hotel.
Pros:

breakfast was the only good thing about my stay. Good hot food.

Cons:

Outside of a dozen spots to park in an alley, there was no place to park a full size pickup truck. The underground parking only fit cars. There were zero places to potty my dog. A narrow strip across the alley by the bank. Had no heat in first room and phone didn't work. Several trips downstairs before someone finally came up and agreed I had no heat. Had to repack and move to a different room. That room had no garbage can, soap, stopper for tub. Mattress was worn out...2 holes with a ridge in the center. So Loud! I could not only hear people, I could feel the vibration as they were walking around upstairs.

Was turned away at the front desk because of ridiculous policies even after paying for my room.
Cons:

The fact that I paid for a room and didn’t get to stay because of a ridiculous policy not allowing people from the local area to stay there. Why would this ever be implemented, you only lose money not allowing guests to stay here. If you’re going to tell me I can’t stay after I already paid you could at the very least give me my refund yourself without me having to go make phone calls to do it. Be reasonable, your service is absolutely terrible.
