Very conveniant and great location
Pros:

Centrally located with great staff and facilities

Cons:

With us working night shifts whilst staying there we slept during the day and they accommodated us well!

Mercure Disappointment
Pros:

Felt like an apartment so it had a lot more space than just a hotel room .

Cons:

All cupboards and drawers smelled musty and mouldy, the bath taps need to be turned extremely tight to stop the water, got stuck in the shower as the door needs to be lifted to open but cannot be lifted from the inside, was not able to watch TV as no one explained how to use the apps or services on the smart TV, the plug for the kettle does not work, and although the people is not the hotel's fault our top floor neighbours were loud, scraping and moving chairs till late and a car was continously blaring its horn past ten at night.
