Pros:

1. The location is walking distance to Ilanga Mall.

Cons:

1. The amenities were very bad.
2.I booked a balcony room (suite) and was instead put on the ground floor, as all the balcony rooms were "old" and very dated.
3.No wifi provided.
4.Television did not work, and there was no working signal to enable one to watch any of the streaming channels.
5.Bathroom had stain marks, and of bad quality.

The room was in terrible cleaning condition, including a cockroach infestation inside the room.
Cons:

Unfortunately, the experience during the stay was terrible. Room 514 was completely filthy, and the cleaning was clearly sloppy. We found hair remnants on the bed and floor, and the worst part was the cockroaches we found on the bed and scattered throughout the room.

Bedding and comfort is very important, I will never go back there.
Pros:

Staff services and location.

Cons:

Bathroom shower was not working properly, no charging pots next to the bed. Bedding was terrible, i didn’t understand 2 flat sheets on the bed and bed cover under flat sheets , I slept on the couch.
