Pros:

House keeping left a lot to be desired. Twice during a two week stay they didn’t clean my room. Carpeting needs cleaning in room. Twice their supplies were left in the room. I actually appreciated it cause I used them to do additional cleaning. Housekeeping needs much more attention to detail.

Beautiful property. Very well kept and as an American it was a great British property. Just like in the movies. I did not get a chance to use their new spa but it looked amazing. Room amenities were above average as well!

From the moment we arrived we were treated royally, our car being taken to the parking by the valet, our bags and other things in a trolley to our room too. It was made so EASY! At Receptions we were really welcomed and given a 2 drink voucher. Anything we asked was done immediately! And our room overlooking the sea with balcony was AMAZING!! (A Junior Suite) Worth it!!

Pros:

Lovely stay as always at the grand - we had our dog with us and having the dog bed and bowls in the room makes travelling with him easier. The dog treats were a nice touch too and he loved them. Central location, easy access to beach, shops, bars.

Superb Traditional Hotel. Food in Cyan restaurant very good as was the buffet breakfast in the dining room, comfortable lounge bar.
Bedrooms extremely well furnished together with elegant shower/bathroom.
