There was no attendance and we were talking through a virtual attendant who did not understand English very well
Bed was TERRIBLY HIGH. I had to jump to get into it. Recliners did not remain inclined. MOLD IN BATH on ceiling. Sand in carpet.

Price and location.
Any contact with the staff was done via video screen. Made it very difficult to try to communicate with them. The first room I was put in had bed bugs and when I contacted the staff I was moved to a new room which was right next door to the bed bug room. Breakfast was shut down half an hour early in the morning. And I had a reservation for two nights but after the first night had a family emergency and had to check out early. I sent the hotel staff a message and left a voicemail and there was no offer for them to refund me for any amount of what I had paid for my remaining stay. Instead I got an email the morning I was scheduled to check out reminding me I needed to check out.
Did not like the kiosk, couldn't understand them and I did not receive a receipt after I checked out at 9am.

The ac didn't work, they had a hidden pet charge no fending machines and or actual person their to assist you plus supposed 70 for the night with fees and everything else was 130...
Just minutes from my destination, very comfortable pillows. Staff was very friendly and I liked their use of technology with the virtual desk clerk.
Duvets were very beat up, holes that appeared to be cigarette burns. There was no blowdryer in my room, which I've come to expect of Baymont properties. Room was mostly clean other than a smear of ketchup (??) on the desk lamp.
The only time there was a real person working was when we checked out, and he was very pleasant
The place was falling apart. The paint and floor boards were chipped everywhere, its smelled weird, the back stairs felt like it was about to cave in. It made us nervous to walk up the stairs. The kiosk not a good experience. As a customer I prefer face to face contact with a human. We went to the gym room and it was disgusting, it had dead plants and the room was dark and dreary. A couple of the hallways had no light at all, and the sunlight didn't reach very far. Definitely not worth the cost.

The one gentleman I talked to was very nice.
Talking to a kiosk all though he was nice... no people connection all though someone was behind the desk. The door had been kicked in to our room, bathroom sink was cracked as well as the toilet. No cold water in the one room it was only scalding water, the other room had temperature control, breakfast left a lot to be desired as tons were out or gross.
Easy to get on and off.
Checking in via a kiosk? No security. Rooms were dated, doors had been beaten, locks were missing. Breakfast was awful. No coffee in breakfast area.
