I would stay again:)
Pros:

I travel frequently and typically stay at five-star hotels, so I’ll admit I arrived a bit skeptical. That said, I was pleasantly surprised! The property is beautifully maintained and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming.

We enjoyed cocktails, appetizers, and breakfast at the restaurant and everything was fantastic. Although parking is an additional cost, I absolutely loved the valet service—it made coming and going effortless.

A wonderful stay overall and I would absolutely recommend this property!

Great central downtown location. Walking distance to many coffee shops, bars, restaurants and shops.
Pros:

The location was perfect. One block from a nice restaurant (Graze), three blocks from the Overture Center. The room provided a nice view of the city and lake.

Cons:

I understand the location requires valet parking, I prefer parking myself.

Paying top dollar for a great location
Pros:

Great location, basic rooms, clean, expensive for what it is. Not flexible with late checkouts. The restaurant is not worth it. The bar/restaurant needs a major facelift + a new menu. They have events on the top floor; they should make that the bar area.
The service was amazing the first time we stayed; however, the last time was mediocre at best. The bellhop team was so kind and helpful, and they should get a lot of shout-outs! We didn't use the amenities, but they looked very nice and clean.
