the air conditioner a little too old so once a while there's smelly inside the room. It's not often and I could stand it but not my family
Location was good.
The carpet in the room was not clean. The hotel wasn't like other BWs that we have stayed. The breakfast area and lobby was cramped up. It was not good value for the rate we were charged for overnight stay
I have reviewed this place 4 times the staff is rude and gave a terrible and dirty room and also “accidentally” gave 2 different couple my room key and they walked in on me and my wife. I will never stay here again and the constant booking.com harassment is making me question the app, and check my profile I use it a lot and all the time.

Clean and comfortable
Parking was a bit thin but OK
The friendliness of the hotel staff
It had a real bad odor. The mattress was outdated. The bathroom wall is dirty and when you get in the shower, it feel like it was gonna sink in online. Pictures does not look like in person. Online is probably when they first renovated now it’s a lot of imperfections that need to be fixed, but mostly the smell it had a real real real bad odor even with the AC on it stink up in there and they have audacity they say no smoking but the hotel room already stinks. It was the worst experience of my life.
The breakfast is served in the lobby from 6am-9am. We slept in but this was a reason to book this hotel. The area where breakfast is served looked clean on the day of check in.
Maybe an additional elevator towards the back of the property. The third-floor floor feels like you're walking on sponges? sort of hard to explain.

No Ice machine on 2nd floor, no luggage holder in the room, very pricey for a 2 star property
