Cons:

Advertised it was a heated pool and it was not, overall our room was pretty dirty, your feet got black walking around the carpet in our room. There were burn marks in the blanket on our bed and on the floor.

Pros:

Wonderful service here. Agustin is incredibly accommodating when it came to getting anything I needed for my room. Very sweet staff all around. Due to drought conditions here in CA they ask to conserve on towels, but again service is awesome and everyone is very accommodating. I am DEFINITELY staying here again. Thank you Agustin, and thank you BW.

Pros:

The front desk attendant was very helpful, welcoming and courteous. We had issues with keys and he took time to show us and opened for us.

Cons:

There were huge working trucks parked right in front of entrance which made it a little difficult to see oncoming traffic....but we managed.

10/10 would do it again because of the food :)
Pros:

I love the breaskfast int he morning it was so much variety and felt more home made. The bed was super comfy and didn’t sweat too much since they had and AC too

Cons:

Only my choice but I shouldn’t have picked the 1st floor I can see everyone but luckily they couldn’t see me. So curtains would be best :)

Las habitaciones son ruidosas, el desayuno termina súper temprano (considerando que uno va de vacaciones), el personal no es lo más amable y las instalaciones dejan mucho que desear.

Pros:

El personal de mantenimiento y limpieza eran muy amables.

Cons:

No había toallas en la alberca, el baño no funcionaba bien, apenas y salía agua de la regadera, la caja de seguridad no funcionaba, se sentían viejas las sábanas y las toallas de la habitación y descuidada la alfombra.
