The bed had worn springs on the side and were broken where people sit near night light.

Free shuttle
Desk clerk at check in gave us and others incorrect info so many folks did not get breakfast the next morning before our flights out! Manager said she could not refund much money but gave me ‘extra points’ to sign up for a BW card that has not been useful to me yet, as no BW where I’m going is able to match other hotel values
This hotel had a queen suite. 1 queen bedroom, 1 Murphy bed and a sleeper bed. It had a free shuttle to SEA TAC airport
The hot tub was under repair

Good staff, enjoyed the airport shuttle ride and driver. The room was ok and bed comfortable. The hotel was pleasant at best..
But, there was a lot of noise and it was difficult to sleep. We could hear the shower water and the tub creeking from the next room. My room was on the first floor near the front desk. There were people in the hallway outside the room talking loudly all night long. They did not seem to be guest. I would not recommend this hotel.

You can get to it by public transportation from downtown Seattle, and it has an airport shuttle (less than 10 minutes) and serves breakfast.

The staff were all amazing, very attentive, friendly and helpful. I was grateful to have the shuttle from the airport, and the driver was excellent.
I guess I underestimated the proximity to the airport. I had great difficulty sleeping given the very loud planes close by into the early morning. The breakfast was OK, not great.
