Pros:

Staff was amazing. Pool and hot tub were great as well. Next to the trolley stop. Bike checkout was great.

Cons:

No microwaves in the room which wasn’t true to the listing. Otherwise nothing. Lots of kids which is out of the hotels control but can sometimes crowd places like the pool.

Pros:

Rooms were spacious, parking generous and away from the hustle & bustle of the main area of downtown Ojai. Everything was driveable but could possibly walk it between Spring and early Fall. Dog friendly with grass patches as well as provided bags, chipped ice machine and a filtered water dispenser. Additionally, there's the heated pool and jacuzzi along with tubs in-room. Second floor had some great views oh the surrounding mountains so it felt a bit secluded in a good way!

Cons:

The listing did state the beds were Queens but our bed felt more like Full, unfortunately.

It was a perfect location and felt homey.
Pros:

We were there to visit family for thanksgiving. The room was very nice and felt comfortable.

Cons:

It was great for our stay.

The staff were super friendly and nice. Unable to resolve any problems, but nice.

Cons:

Television didn’t work first night. So far, no redress/remuneration for complete lack of working television. Really?

Next night, plumbing issues from upstairs unit. Screeching, loud sounds like an airplane flew into the room. Called front desk, super sweet and totally ineffective. Clearly upstairs guests took back to back showers arc12:00 at night. Woke me up and kept me awake. Again, no remuneration.

Next, and I wish I could post my video here, the rain gutter poured rain directly onto a table and chair set immediately outside my room all night long. It was absurd. ALL NIGHT LONG.

Worst stay I’ve had ever.

Solid bare bones inn but could improve with needed basic amenities such as microwave and safety grab bar in bathroom tub
Pros:

Location was great, parking was good. It was clean and spacious. Bed was comfortable. Like the two free bottled waters and trail mix.

Cons:

Stairs to second floor were very steep, no elevator. No microwave in room nor room safe. No safety grab bar in bathroom shower, no bath mat or bathroom hook for robe or clothes.

Probably wouldn’t stay here again. Management should stay 2 days to experience what it is like.
Pros:

Bed was comfortable. Quiet room.

Cons:

Pastries not seen in office for breakfast, and not available at all during the week.Nightstands extremely dusty. Wi-Fi inconsistent, tv worthless partially due to Wi-Fi. Tub/slash shower floor dangerously slippery due to shampoo dispenser leaking into rub and no mat in shower. Amenity fee seems ridiculous!

It was okay.
