Nice hotel but needs more staff
Pros:

The hotel was a lovely hotel and very clean but the lack of staff is a massive problem. Waited over 40mins to get someone to get my luggage from the left luggage room.

Good basic hotel, close the local attractions,
Pros:

Excellent location,close to allmain attraction of Redondo and Hermosa beaches. I also liked the free 2 hour bike rentals.

Cons:

Breakfast was mediocre. Also when I got the final bill I was charged for parking $40--really???) and I did not park there.

Pros:

Die Möglichkeit unkompliziert Fahrräder leihen zu können. Man kann direkt am Hotel in eine Fahrradroute am Strand einsteigen.

Cons:

Bei Ankunft lasen wir ein Schild auf dem stand, dass staatlich bekannte Materialien verarbeitet sind, die krebserregend sein könnten. Eine Information die man gerne vorher gehabt hätte und eigentlich zu einer ganz schlechten Bewertung hätte führen müssen, aber uns hat der Aufenthalt sonst ganz gut gefallen. Der Gastronomiebereich war leider öfter nicht mit Personal besetzt. Kraftwerk hinter dem Hotel ist kein schöner Anblick, aber wird durch die Lage am Hafen wettgemacht.

Customer service reps seemed confused. My card was charged twice. My wife’s card was charged twice. After finally being refunded 8 days later.

Nice Smaller Hotel
Pros:

Nice hotel for the area. From the outside it does not look like much, and the hallways too. But the rooms are nicely renovated and very comfortable and quite. Great modern tv, and beach views are very nice. For the price the rooms are top notch. Maid staff was also fantastic. Great area, very quite at night. Overall happy with the stay.

Pros:

I paid an up charge for a view of the harbor. My view was parking lots and the tops of sailboat masts.

Cons:

My overnight bag was badly damaged while stored in their check room. Two phone calls and an email to the manager were ignored. I have since replaced the bag. This is unacceptable.

I had room on the ground floor that was directly facing the pool so I couldn't open the curtain without people looking directly into my room.

L’employé a l’accueil était très lent, il nous offre un forfait de 40$ pour le bar, le restaurant mais oublie de nous expliquer que c’est en fait un credit de 35$ … donc on me fait payer 40$ pour pouvoir en dépenser 35$ belle arnaque. Great place
Pros:

We came here to check out Redondo Beach and the surrounding areas and this hotel was a perfect place to do it. Located right across the street from the harbor, the hotel is feet away from many shops and restaurants. Check in was a breeze early on the held our luggage so we could explore. Nice lounge and pool area, no free breakfast here, unfortunately.
We would come back in a minute. location, location, location!

Great location.

Cons:

Shocking amount of add on fees: $40 parking, $35 “destination fee”! We have been staying at this property for many years but probably will not return. The price is outrageous for a very basic cookie cutter hotel room. Other than location, nothing special at all.

o atendimento da recepção é péssimo. cheguei as 11 da noite a porta estava fechada e a pessoa com aporta fechada: checkin? eu com as malas lá fora. dai na recepção nem falou bem vindos, boa noite, nada, mostrei meu documento e veio: reserva cancelada!!! dai expliquei que havia pago antecipadamente duas noites e havia perdido um dia pois o voo foi cancelado ( Dallas). expliquei que mandei email ele quis ver e se manteve calado. dai continuou no computador sem nenhuma atenção ou resposta . um rapaz grosseiro. de manha fui buscar minhas encomendas e disse tem uma caixa que chegou em meu nome: resposta : não tem. como tinha de fazer o check in e nada da caixa fui embora. O remetente me enviou prova que haviam recebido dias antes e dai tive que cancelar a compra, ligar para o hotel tres vezes e dai disseram: sua caixa estava aqui!!! lamentável
