Pros:

Too many add on fees!
Pros:

Great location.

Cons:

Shocking amount of add on fees: $40 parking, $35 “destination fee”! We have been staying at this property for many years but probably will not return. The price is outrageous for a very basic cookie cutter hotel room. Other than location, nothing special at all.

Great stay at a beautiful location
Pros:

Staff friendly and helpful
Location is great
Heated outdoor pool
check out time was midday
Laundry facilities were reasonable priced

Cons:

Had to wait half an hour until room was ready and i had to ask twice to get a cot to our bedroom
Pool could have been a bit cleaner

o atendimento da recepção é péssimo. cheguei as 11 da noite a porta estava fechada e a pessoa com aporta fechada: checkin? eu com as malas lá fora. dai na recepção nem falou bem vindos, boa noite, nada, mostrei meu documento e veio: reserva cancelada!!! dai expliquei que havia pago antecipadamente duas noites e havia perdido um dia pois o voo foi cancelado ( Dallas). expliquei que mandei email ele quis ver e se manteve calado. dai continuou no computador sem nenhuma atenção ou resposta . um rapaz grosseiro. de manha fui buscar minhas encomendas e disse tem uma caixa que chegou em meu nome: resposta : não tem. como tinha de fazer o check in e nada da caixa fui embora. O remetente me enviou prova que haviam recebido dias antes e dai tive que cancelar a compra, ligar para o hotel tres vezes e dai disseram: sua caixa estava aqui!!! lamentável

Comfortable well located hotel.
Pros:

The location was excellent, only 5-10 mins walk from the Redondo Beach Pier. There was a Cheesecake Factory 3 mins walk away. The staff were very helpful and after we checked out with a few hrs to kill before our flight, allowed us the use of the pool area. The room was comfortable. There is a pleasant bar in the reception area.

Great location, very comfortable, good value
Pros:

Great location, easy to find parking off-site, clean, quiet, comfy rooms and bed. I enjoyed everything about my stay. I felt safe, comfortable and calm while I was there.

Cons:

I think it's a little ridiculous to charge for Wi-Fi and overnight parking, especially off-season. I liked the gym however, it was really hot in the room. They need to blast the AC

Hilton only by name. Not recommended.
Pros:

Yes, it says „Hilton“ on the outside, but inside it’s more like a worn motel on Route 66. I don’t know in which century the facility saw its last fresh paint, but it needs it urgently. Old carpets, bathroom like in the 80s. The bar was closed most of the times and not very inviting. The staff was friendly, though. Parking is 40(!!) bucks a night, although it‘s no valet parking, just a regular lot in front of the hotel. I wouldn’t go again.

Disappointing experience
Pros:

Unfortunately this was not a positive experience. The hotel and room did not match the photos, and I had multiple issues during my stay. I also attempted to order room service, which was canceled without any notification. When I called to follow up, I was simply told the kitchen was closed. Overall, disappointing and not what was advertised.

Cons:

No real closet to hang our clothes. Never experienced that ever at a hotel. Closet had about three fort space for hanging up your clothes.
