Would have give them a 10. But tv or remote did not work. And issue was never resolved.

I just rented a room.
Pros:

Smooth check-in, concise instructions, and a simple system. It’s perfect for a room-only stay where you don’t need meals or service.

Cons:

However, there is no room cleaning. Towels aren’t restocked either. I stayed for three nights, and it never happened even once. Since we took turns going out, there was never a time when the room was left unattended. It seems that neither room cleaning nor the restocking of towels and linens happens unless you request it yourself.

Overall the hotel is comfortable and I. A good location. Will come back and stay.

It was ok, but o didn’t feel to comfortable with the activity that was going on outside! Especially with having teenager

La habitación y alberca

Cons:

Que se me cancelarán la reservación ahí mismo por medio de la aplicación , que tuve que pagar dos veces y aún así mi reembolso dice en camino y no se ha reflejado en mi cuenta, sinceramente ya no usaré la aplicación ya que en el hotel era más barato que por aquí
