The receptionist was very unfriendly and rejected payment method and reservation of Booking. com. Fortunately, I was able to get a room at Motel 6.

The location was perfect for us. Near the cruise lines.

Cons:

The place is a little run down and looks tired. It looks like it was a converted Motel 6.
Our room needed an up date bad. This place could be a money maker with room upgrades and a web site promoting the
cruise line nearby the Iowa battleship and the new water front that is going in. Just needs an investor and time to bring it up to standards.

acrooss street from cruise terminal easy walk to.
Pros:

IT was right across from cruise terminal. Perfect Location if you are going on a cruise. Great location Level promanada side walk right across street.
10 Min walk with our suitcases into and across the terminal parking lot. you can see this on goggal earth just use 5th avenue to crose over to promonada side walk.
Hotel is dateded The bed was comfertable refrerator did not work and mexican resturant was walking distence great food
I believe green onion was the name. Reasonable price great food ,drinks, and service. IF you are going on a cruise I would recomend Ort side for a reasonable place and price to spend one night and just walk across street the next morning.

Nothing. It was absolutely horrible. We were there for 10 minutes and booked a different hotel and left.

Bare Necessities with Local Flare
Pros:

How close to the Cruise port it was. There are so many places to walk. Different food types with in blocks. The night crew was amazing! Enjoyed our 3 am conversation. I was looking for OFF THE BEATEN PATH, type things. His recommendations were TOP NOTCH.

Cons:

Coffee in the morning... Thankful for the sweet night security ( 3:30 am) telling me there would be coffee between 4:30 and 5. Would have been nice to have an area with microwave or eating nook. ( Besides outdoor by pool.)

Outdated Property Major Overall Needed attention
Pros:

This property didn't have much to offer. It's very outdated needs a complete renovation. In my mind and pictures on the website, don't provide an accurate description of what you're getting. I would have stayed somewhere else if I had. Better knowledge of what what's going to be
Available at this residence for my trip

Cons:

There wasn't much to like the place didn't offer anything. And it was completely outdated and not comfortable at all. I would have gladly paid another $150 to stay. Somewhere better about their website didn't present that picture. They made it look a lot more comfortable and up-to-date than it really was.
