Avoid if possible
Pros:

I really liked that I only had to stay there one night. I liked that there was an awful smell in the elevator so you knew you were in the right spot. The staff didn't seem to care that we were there or if we ever came back which was nice because I don't really like when people are fake nice and they didn't even pretend to be. The location is perfect, I just wish they would sell it to someone who would take better care of the place.

Cons:

The smell, drafty windows, you can hear everything happening on the street even with the windows closed, the mattress was rock hard, basically everything sucked

Think Motel 6, low price but also low quality. The location is great.
Pros:

The hotel is in a great location. It is close to good restaurants. It is close to activities. The staff was nice. Parking was convenient.

Cons:

The hallway smelled musty/dirty. The windows are single pane glass and do not block much of the busy street noise. Bathroom doors do not have locks and one of the rooms the bathroom door did not shut fully.

Cons:

Carpet in hall looks like it’s from the 80s and hasn’t been cleaned since then either. Dirty socks left in our room from previous person renting. Ice machine broken. Sheets were the only thing I would call clean

Good location
Pros:

The staff on front desk was very accommodating let us check in early room was clean and the beds were very comfortable.
For the price its good no complaints. Building is old just need few repairs otherwise it's an excellent place if you are going on a cruise walking distance ♥️

Cons:

There was no coffee maker in the room but they provided coffee in the morning

it was sufficient for our 1 night need to be close to the cruise ship dock
Pros:

Front desk was helpful to tell us where to get food; appreciate the 30" late check-out; the location was excellent for catching the Norwegian Cruise Line Bliss ship that is about a half-mile away and easy to walk to

Just was not happy with how it LOOK, SMELL...and no breakfast.
Pros:

Very close to cruise port which was GREAT.

Cons:

The hotel was OLD, OUT DATED, had black mold in the bathroom, and just WASN'T what I excepted.

On site parking and the location to the cruise port.

Cons:

Where do I start! This was the worst motel we have ever stayed at! The room was filthy. The bed had no blanket, just a sheet and light cotton duvet cover without the comforter. The bathroom floor had not been cleaned, there was a sticky smear across the floor, the wall next to the tub had a hole/water damage. The caulking around tub/sink had mildew, the telephone did not work, no coffee maker or microwave. The walls were dirty and the paint was chipped everywhere. And the lock on the door did not work.

I will never go there again
Cons:

The receptionist was very unfriendly and rejected payment method and reservation of Booking. com. Fortunately, I was able to get a room at Motel 6.
