Good and comfortable hotel with a cozy restaurant inside.
Pros:

The rooms are comfortable and clean. The restaurant is coz and offers good quality food, the restaurant staff is amazing.

Cons:

There was not a single water bottle in the room.

Hôtel très agréable
Pros:

tout était très bien, la chambre était très spacieuse et propre et la literie était très agréable. Le soir nous avons mangé au restaurant de l'hôtel, cétait très bon et le personnel était très gentil. Idem pour le petit dej du lendemain matin, il y avait du choix et tout était très bon

Better than usual
Pros:

Chain hotels usually fairly predictable, but this one stood out (in a few good ways.) We were really tired after our drive so just ate dinner in the hotel, the restaurant was very good, variety of offerings, delightful server and delicious dinner. Next morning Breakfast was superb, wide number of choices all good quality by standards of “breakfast included “ hotels. Both front desk and morning staff very agreeable. Finally, the parking area seemed more secure than many road trip hotels and we liked that most rooms were ground level accessible. Beds comfortable and room very clean as you would of course expect.

Functional but mediocre
Pros:

The property was musty. Needs new carpet and furnishings/lighting in sitting area of luxury suite. Hardly luxury. Restaurant staff were exceptionally friendly but food mediocre and coffee was water. We stayed at the Best Western plus in Coburg and it was much better. However we are not Best Western customers, so we just took the best options for our stay.

The stay was very relaxing after driving all day.
Pros:

The room was spacious and the beds were so comfy. I liked the couch for relaxing with my IPad. The fireplace was an extra bonus. The whole experience was so peaceful and relaxing.
The continental breakfast was the best. We had 2 choices of bacon or sausage. Everything was so tasty. We also ate dinner at the Best Western which turned out to be so delicious.

Cons:

We loved everything. No complaints.
