breakfast was the best
The room was exceptional, the breakfast was excellent and the bed was very comfortable

Only employees were kind and helpful.
The booking experience was horrible, it was “pay at the property” and when we went there our reservation was cancelled. Booking.com blamed the hotel, the hotel blamed booking.com. Shortly our room was sold to someone, and there was no room with the same beds. Nobody called or informed us about this cancellation. We drove 9 hours and arrived to this hotel to learn that our reservation was cancelled. Employees at the reception tried to help and found another room-not fitting well for the family but we were tired and stayed there. The hotel is too old. The rooms have an odd odor, probably from the AC. Breakfast was lacking options and was cheap quality. This was by far the worst hotel experience we have ever had.

A “go to” stop for me and my family as we drive East. It’s a convenient stop just before crossing over into Quebec.
The rooms are spacious and clean. Staff from the front desk, to the room attendants to the servers in the restaurant are all friendly and efficient.
While we didn’t make use of the pool on this stay, it looked to be clean and lovely.
Enjoyed the attractive lodge-style decor with wooden panelling and fireplaces.
