Location it good. Breakfast was decent for free.

Cons:

Room Was smaller then the picture shown and everything was a little worn out. Pull out couch was very uncomfortable for my son.

This was an unexpectedly nice place to stay.
Pros:

The breakfast was probably the best we have ever had, with the exception of one favorite hotel in Mexico.

The facility was spotless and everything worked as it was supposed to. Staff was great.

Convenient location. Easy to locate, would stay again if traveling there in the future.
Pros:

Quiet, clean, helpful staff, comfortable beds adequate parking, pet friendly rooms , breakfast was complimentary and. Full hot meal along with options of hot and cold cereal , yogurt with a variety of toppings. And three types of juice.

Everyone was so nice, from check in to maintenance perso and restaurant staff was very attentive and friendly!
Pros:

Decent place, traveling alone felt comfortable.

I booked the room through Booking.com. I booked two queens beds. They gave me a King bed and a sofabed. (They couldn't change it as they were booked solid.)They kept blaming it on the fact that I booked it through a "third party"=booking.com)Not acceptable! They tried to make it up to us by giving a 10% discount on food. This did not help my friend's back as he had to sleep on a sofabed. NOT what I paid for!!

everything about the facility and the housekeeping and restaurant staff were wonderful.

Cons:

The office staff upon arrival was indifferent to my SPECIFIC and REPEATED requests prior to arrival to have 2 rooms NEXT to each other. I was assured that would be held and marked as DO NOT MOVE -- that we would not have adjoining rooms, but we would be next to each other. I even told them 2 queens or 1 king would be fine in my initial phone call to the front desk upon booking a month prior -- just wanted them NEXT to one another. We were traveling with babies and that was important to us. There were plenty of rooms at the time of booking. However once we arrived we were told that we were separated by one room and there were no records of this request. Above all, the front desk female I spoke with was uncaring and snippy. They gave the room between us to someone else and it could have easily have been assigned to us. Her excuse was they weren't both 1 king rooms, which I would have been FINE with. Generally either staff wasn't on top of it upon booking or just apathetic. That's too bad because housekeeping and everyone else in this establishment were fantastic. The accommodations were fantastic. Front desk staff: get your act together and remember you are serving the customer. I would stay here again but I guess I will have to call daily to make sure what I request a month in advance is honored -- and take names!

Pros:

This summer was our third stay at this hotel. This year, our room had hard flooring instead of carpet, and it was exceptionally clean. During our previous stays, the rooms had carpet, which seemed more difficult to keep thoroughly clean. The redesigned closet was also more attractive and convenient for guests to use.

The breakfast was better prepared and more delicious this year than it was last year. Although the selection was the same, the food tasted noticeably better.
