Very bad and would not choose Best Western again.
Pros:

breakfast was OK. Did not used the pool.

Cons:

the bed was in very bad shape. noise from adjucent room completely distroyed my 3 night sleep. requested staff to change my room but my request was denied.

Staff is very friendly and helpful, needs upgrading asap.
Pros:

The property has a ton of potential. Breakfast was pretty great and the beds were comfy. Staff makes this place better than most!

Cons:

Outdated and needs upgrades. It has so much potential and I hope one day they restore it. Could be good or bad but it is literally right off the property.

Bad start to an important day
Pros:

The location is excellent.

Cons:

There was no hot water and when I called the Front Desk the person was rude. It is hard to travel and expect the room to be suitable for your needs. To have a frustrated front desk manager provide you with insults because you are not able to use the shower is not comforting.

Delighted to find this spacious room close to San Francisco with a great breakfast.
Pros:

The room was much larger than I was expecting, the beds were comfortable and very clean and inviting. And the free breakfast was like a diner with hot food as well as pastries, and fruit and coffee. For the price of the room, the breakfast really added to the value, especially if you are traveling with family. It is close enough to downtown San Francisco to make a comfortable day trip to museums and Japan Town.

Cons:

There was no safe, and I could have used another blanket on the bed, but that's my personal preference.

Nicest Best Western I've ever stayed at
Pros:

I really like the way this place is laid out. Rooms with balconies all facing a central courtyard that has pool, gym, jacuzzi, garden paths, even a putting green. Can hardly hear busy US 101 nearby. Also the breakfast is spectacular, the best of any of the many, many Best Westerns I've stayed at. And, no problem with the dogs, in fact a lot of guests had brought pets. Also it's right across the street from a large mall that includes a supermarket and some pretty good restaurants.

Cons:

For a Best Western, this place completely exceeds expectations.
