Cons:

Needs staff who takes accountability for a situation that could not have been helped, however in the end is the hotel staffs responsibility to make sure the hotel is clean for all other guests. Lack of accountability and finger pointing shows a of professionalism. Booking.com also plays a hand in this, however this issue begins and ends with the hotel.

I wasn’t very satisfied with my stay. The room itself was okay, but upon arrival we were told there was no Wi-Fi for the entire weekend, with no clear timeline for when it would be restored. There was also some mold in the bathroom.
More concerning, I accidentally left a work blazer in the closet when we checked out. I called shortly after, and was told it was not found in the room or turned in to lost & found. Very upsetting. Will make compliant snd hopefully it turns up.

the warm pool and the bed

the place was run down are room floor and bathroom floor dirt the handicap parking not plowed very well and driveway was a sheet of ice l was afraid l was going to fall and just had knee surgery not good

Our room wasn’t ready when we arrived. They then switched us to a different room..which wasn’t clean and had hair in the tub.

We reserved a room ( a suite) for 2 nights at this hotel. Upon entering the room it was clear that the room lacked up keep.
Once I opened the front door , I walk into spiderwebs.
The Kitchenette lights did not work ( would not turn on)
The down stairs shower was filled with small spiders.
The downstairs bathroom walls were full of mold.
The floor on the main floor looked as it was full of mold ( many large white spots on the tile, I have pictures)
The fire place was not operable.
The curtains in the room were ripped.
The room did not smell or feel clean.

When I brought the concerns to the front desk, they stated that the room had been winterized early in the season and no one has been in there to do the maintenance.

This clearly shows that this room was not ready to be rented to guest and should have never been booked.

Not as expected. Used to be our favorite.
Pros:

This has always been our go to hotel because of the temerature of the pool and hot tub. Which were nice for this stay as well. HOWEVER they brought in maybe 4 pool towels for around 12 pool guests. Our room only had 2 bath towels for 4 guests and when we asked for towels they said they ran out. Our bath tub had hair and dirt in it as well as the sink . Black mold on the sink drain. The hall hasn't been vacuumed in a very long time .Breakfast consisted of 5 Jimmy Dean sandwiches in a warmer. Very few yogurts. And batter to make waffles. The low fat milk was gone and there were two dry cereals available. This morning the pool was supposed to open at ten . We now sit here at 1030 am the pool guy is supposed to be testing the water, a test kit sits open on a table but no pool guy has been in as I sit with two kids anxious to use the pool. They are not living up to Bestwestern standards.
