I would not stay here again.

Pool was nice open area but did not use.

Cons:

The rooms were not clean. The floors had hair and dirt on them. The bed headboards were dusty. The room had a once over picked up look but were not clean. The shower curtain was hung inside out. The front desk gave minimal information. The water was shut off at 9am on a Friday morning without any notice. I was charged more for my stay on a Friday night than Thursday night and was never told, only saw it on my receipt. I would not stay here again.

Surprised by the Service
Pros:

Stayed here during the first part of June 26. To say it was a sh&t show is an understatement. I have chronic cardiac problems and a recent kideny cancer/CKI diagnoses. Everyone at this property (save #1 who made me stay in the lobby after getting back from the ER) was wonderful. They were helpful, kind, caring, and although there are plenty of better placed much more modern properties I won't hesitate to stay here. To the guy that made me sit in the lobby all night: find a new job.

I didn’t have breakfast. Beds were nice.

Cons:

The bathroom was very dirty and disgusting. There were spiders on the bathroom floor. There were spiderwebs in the bathroom. There were brown spots on the bathroom walls and some of the brown spots had hair stuck to them.

Poor experience
Pros:

The hotel smelled very musty. Floors were dirty. Used soap was in the shower, the hairdryer didn't work, the charger in the lamp didn't work, they didn't have coffee at breakfast, there was no staff at the desk even after a janitor called someone. Just a multitude of annoying issues that need addressed

Never Again
Pros:

Breakfast was ok.

Cons:

The bathroom was filthy. We would even get in the shower. Needed more blankets too. Froze all night.

Funeral visit
Pros:

Don’t stay here . It is dirty and the walls are a paper thin. The bathroom floors are slippery as ic Eid they get wet and there are no amenities nearby

Would stay again, but plan to get breakfast elsewhere. Wish the pool was open earlier than 10am.

It’s a cheap smelly dusty musty rusty dirty dirty cheap place to stay. :-)
Pros:

I liked the price as I needed to stay for at least 4 nights to assist my family. The pool seemed like a good time, however I didn’t get to really check it out.

Cons:

I didn’t like most things about it. I didn’t like the way it smelled. I didn’t like the dust and hairs in every corner. I didn’t like how the keys never worked for the rooms. I didn’t like how they say you’d get new towels and linens after the 3rd night, but didn’t when I got back late. I didn’t like how the heat/ac didn’t work. I was concerned how the 2nd floor window opened up completely without a screen.

If you love filth and rude workers! Then this is the place you want to stay!
Pros:

If you enjoy clean hotels. Do NOT stay here. If you like free breakfast that has food you would want to eat. Do NOT stay here. The only part of the hotel stay that was good was the lady who checked us in. She was great! Friendly and helpful. The room was dirty. The bedding was dirty. When we asked for clean bedding a lady who worked there yelled at my daughter and told her that she was lucky that she wasn’t going to kick them out. I guess the lady thought my kids were there alone because my 17 yr old daughter came to the desk that night to ask for clean bedding. But my husband was in the room taking the dirty bedding off. But that’s not even the point. Who talks like that to someone who is clearly old enough to go to the desk and politely ask for clean bedding since the hot staff didn’t change them?? And I guess she was made because my daughter let the door slam when she left the room and the lady was trying to sleep in the room next to us and the door “slamming” woke her up. That same lady was working in the breakfast room that next morning and when I asked for bread that wasn’t rock hard on half of the bread, she told me that she had just taken that bread out of the freezer that morning and that was just how that bread was. I tried to show her what I meant and explain that it’s was hard and crusty from being left out in the air for too long and she told me that it was how the bread came and stomped
Out of the breakfast room. So no bread. Also, there was a syrup dispenser and a sign that said waffles but no waffles iron and then of course no one to ask for waffles. But even with all that, the cleanliness is the worst part of the hotel. The bathroom was so full of mold
And mildew that no one showered and we all love to shower daily. Biggest waste of money!

Cleanliness. Upon entering the west side door floor and elevator was dirty as well as walls in elevator. Bathroom good have been cleaner
