Wonderful stay overall
Pros:

Location was perfect, very close to metro station and RER. Staff very kind and friendly, room was very confortable

Hotel pas au niveau des tarifs
Cons:

Problème de climatisation (changement de chambre a minuit) nouveau probleme de climatisation dans cette nouvelle chambre, problème de wc bouché, etat des murs de la chambre ( peinture qui s'écaille), bruit de perceuse a 8h du matin.

Unfortunately, my experience at Novotel Paris Les Halles was very disappointing.

When we arrived, we had difficulty identifying the hotel because there was no clear Novotel name or sign on the building; it only displayed the word “Hotel.” The rooms were also extremely small and did not meet our expectations.

There was no shower shampoo in the room. We requested it several times, but it was only provided the following day. Communication with the hotel was also very frustrating, as the room service and reception phone lines were almost always busy or unavailable.

What disappointed me most was the attitude of some members of staff. We felt that we were being treated in a condescending and unprofessional manner, almost as if we were asking for services for free rather than being paying guests.

Overall, this was a very poor experience and far below what I expected from a Novotel property in such a central location in Paris. Considering the standard of service and the issues we experienced, I believe compensation or a partial refund would be appropriate.

I would not choose to stay at this hotel again based on this experience.

Ontbijt was maar matig.
Had ook drie maal vermeld dat de rolluiken niet werkten, ze gingen dit verhelpen…..is niet gebeurd dus😒😒😒

Es ist etwas ‚in die Jahre‘ gekommen. Eine Renovierung der Zargen und Teppiche wäre mal wieder nötig.
