La pulizia e il check-in dopo l’ora prestabilita, inoltre dopo tre volte che siamo tornati e la stanza non era pronta la sera che siamo tornati con i bambini stanchi abbiamo dovuto portare anche noi le valigia dal deposito in stanza cosa poco piacevole da un albergo a 4 stelle avendo prenotato una suite!

Otel güzel ve konumu iyidi, ancak kahvaltı çok iyi olmamakla birlikte kahvaltı zamanında omlet yapan(ismini bilmiyorum ancak gözlüklü ve zayıf erkek) şef , omlet istediğimizde neden benden istiyorsunuz zaten orada hazır var neden gidip oradan almıyorsunuz demiş ancak biz çocuğumuz için yaptırdığımızı ve taze olmasını istediğimizi söyledğimizde söylene söylene omlet yapmış onu da istediğimiz gibi pişirmemiş tekrar pişiirtmek zorunda kaldık, ayrıca omlet pişirtmek için özel bir sebebe ihtiyacımız olduğumuzu sanmıyorum zaten kişi başı başı kahvaltı için 25 euro ödedik.

Havalandırma sistemi de çok verimli değildi, istediğimiz sıcaklığı bir türlü elde edemedik.

Merhabalar, bu otelde 3 gün konakladım. Yorumları okuyarak özellikle lokasyonu için tercih etmiştim ancak maalesef beklentilerimi karşılamadı. Bir turist olarak Uber kullanmak yerine çoğu yere yürüyerek ulaşmayı tercih ediyorum fakat otelin konumu düşündüğüm kadar merkezi değildi. Eyfel Kulesi’ne yürüyerek yaklaşık 1 saat 10-15 dakika, Champs-Élysées’ye ise yaklaşık 45 dakika sürüyor.

Hijyen ve oda servisi konusunda da memnun kalmadım. Çarşaflar günlük olarak değiştirilmedi. Ayrıca otelin genelinde yoğun, tarçını andıran ve benim için oldukça rahatsız edici bir koku vardı.

Olumlu olarak belirtmem gerekirse resepsiyondaki çalışanlar kibardı ve iletişimleri iyiydi. Ancak genel deneyimim beklentimin altında kaldı ve bu oteli tercih ettiğim için pişman oldum. Kendi deneyimime dayanarak tavsiye etmiyorum.

colazione lunga perché molta gente e talvolta devi attendere tazze, bicchieri o cose del genere… anche se ottima varietà. La stanza alle 14 non era pronta… le lenzuola sofà avevano un paio di piccole vecchie macchie.. ma il resto della pulizia ok.
