A fantastic choice. Everyone was so friendly and accommodating. The breakfast buffet is worth it! Location really can’t be beat, especially travelling as a family. 12 min walk to Louvre, steps from the metro and RER. Clean and comfortable stay. Thank you!
Central location
All was good
The location of Novotel Paris Les Halles was absolutely exceptional! It was perfectly situated, with everything we needed just steps away, including restaurants, cafés, shopping, and public transportation. Many of Paris’s most iconic attractions, including the Louvre, were within easy walking distance, making it the perfect home base for exploring the city. We couldn’t have asked for a better location!
One thing that was disappointing was the breakfast policy. The hotel advertises that children eat breakfast for free; however, we were told that a child can only receive the free breakfast if an adult purchases a full-priced breakfast. Even after explaining that I wasn’t planning to eat breakfast myself, we were still required to purchase an adult breakfast for the children to eat for free.
Because of this policy, we chose to skip breakfast rather than pay $25 for an adult meal that no one in our family was going to eat. It would be helpful if this policy were made clearer when advertising that children eat free to avoid confusion for future guests.
Clean and modern
The guest services staff including Erin and Cristina were so wonderful, as well as everyone else. Their expertise in multiple languages made guests from all over feel welcomed and valued!
The air conditioning and the refrigerator is not cold enough and the ice machine on our floor did not work.

Great location, comfy rooms and really helpful and friendly staff. Thank you to Carine on reception who went out of her way to be helpful in advising us the best transport options to watch our son at the rugby stadium and letting us know there were train disruptions. Walking distance to main sights, great little coffee shop and pastries across the road with lots of cafes, bars and restaurants nearby.
