Best Western retreat
Pros:

I like the two upgraded the television system better networks

I really want to keep this place secret but it's great

This hotel is not for everyone and they let you know
Pros:

I been to this hotel before and enjoyed my experience this time around me and my family goes to check in and we was not address nor welcome to the buildings the front desk worker with red small hair was very judge metal she didn’t wanna help us nor talk to us and it sad to say but she spoke to everyone is being the only black family around I let it slide say maybe that’s not in we go to the pool and it’s kids running finna tear the door off the handles running in with ice throwing it at the kids that’s in the pool while the parents said nothing we couldn’t enjoy the jacuzzi cause it was over 10 kids in there and when 2 darker skinned kids got in a guy came over and told them they had to get out they left like they were told and 5 min later a whole bunch of kids not of the same color got in nobody said anything we came for a birthday party and a good time instead my kids had to withness first hand discrimination when I did bring it to the toung woman attention at the front desk with small brown hair she walked away as if she was bothered wasn’t concern or asked anything just plain rude I will be taking further action no child should feel nor withness these things especially in these time and day and on her birthday

Didn't spend much time in the room, but what I did was fine.
Pros:

Front desk staff was on it like no other. I'd hire her for my own company. The soap and lotion pumps are ingenious, every hotel should have them installed.

Cons:

Dining staff was absent during breakfast, nobody took my meal ticket. Halls are very short, and don't do anything for the atmosphere. Shower was small and outdated.

Great stay, very pleased.
Pros:

It was clean! Loved the pool, sauna, and hot tub!! The staff was so friendly. Good location and the restaurant downstairs was yummy and reasonably priced. Beds were comfortable.

Cons:

Looks like it could be remodeled a bit however it was very clean.
