Lovely venue. Pleasant. Service was good.
Labeled handicapped accessible and yet….
I walk with a walker. I had to deal with stepping over a 2 ft tub wall to get into the tub There was no walk-in shower. The bathroom door was very heavy and wide. Difficult to manage. I ended up not always being able to shut the bathroom door when using the bathroom.
Valet parking was not truly valet. We pulled up. A valet helped me out of the car but did not retrieve my walker. No one helped my husband get a trolly or load it with our luggage or make any attempt to assist us in getting our luggage to the 9th floor. The only true handicapped adjective to our room was its close proximity to the elevator.
The hotel is beautiful, very historic and nostalgic. The player-piano in the lobby adds charm. It’s in a perfect location on Main Street, making it easy to go for a walk and browse in the numerous cute shops. The restaurant is lovely and we enjoyed a nice dinner. The rooms are small (expected in a historic hotel)and beautifully decorated.
The staff at the reception desk we not welcoming. I stood waiting for several minutes while one attendant chatted with someone and the other just stood there. They didn’t acknowledge me at all while I was waiting, and then were a bit surly when trying to find my reservations.
We enjoyed everything about our stay.

Exceptional hotel. Great location. Comfortable bed and clean bathroom. Good sound-proofing.
$10 per day parking fee feels tacky considering the premium price of the room. There is practically no other way to get to the hotel except by car.
Cute and historical hotel. Music in the lobby while we had breakfast and took in the environment. Everything is walkable nearby. Great for sightseeing rather quickly. We were able to Uber to PPL center for a concert. Slept soundly, couldn’t hear anyone else. Comfy bed. Overall cool vibes!
Loved the vicinity of the hotel in the downtown district, extremely elegant and service and food were exceptional!
Location was awesome. Staff and accommodation great. Know complaints.
