Very pleasant....would come again!
Pros:

The breakfast buffet was great and the staff maintaining it did an excellent job!

Cons:

The only thing was the clock in the room had the wrong time on it and I could not find a way to correct it.

The price is right
Pros:

Staff are great, helpful and friendly. The location in convenient but away from the noise and crowds downtown. Bed is comfortable. The rate is fair and one of the most affordable places to stay in Asheville.

Cons:

I would not get the jacuzzi room again; the jacuzzi jets are so loud that it's hard to enjoy. I'd skip breakfast, though the coffee and biscuits are fine. Shower was a bit dilapidated and could use am update. LOVE the Smokey Bear statue out front.

It was really noisy, not a lot of insulation between rooms or the outside door. I had to keep the tv on all night to drown out the outside noise.

Joseph was exceptionally cordial, professional and attentive. He got me checked in swiftly and made the process with such great customer service.
