Value for money, clean, pleasant.
Pros:

It was super clean, tidy, reasonably quiet for a busy street area. Staff very pleasant. Breakfast was superior, a real cut above the standard buffet.

Cons:

There was a great little dog park area but the poop container had not been emptied and the little bags of poop were full to the brim.
