Stay was ok but expensive
Pros:

Good location. Beds were comfortable. Nice size refrigerator. Room was clean. Dylan at the front desk was very friendly and nice.

Cons:

Room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. I even called the front desk to ask if it was a smoking g room. Dylan apologized and said he would move us but the hotel was completely full for the night. We also saw a large cockroach in the bathroom area that I had to kill. We were on the second floor and there are no elevators if someone had mobility issues.

Pulito, ordinato e con il plus della piscina!
Pros:

Motel molto grande e molto frequentato ma silenzioso e per niente incasinato. Purtroppo non ho potuto usufruire la piscina ma sembrava molto carina. Colazione ricca e varia e camera pulita, ordinata e spaziosa. Tante free amenities.

Cons:

Unica pecca il telecomando della televisione, uno di quelli universali che non funzionava mai. La reception ce l'ha cambiato ma il risultato è stato sempre lo stesso.

A good motel with a wonderful atmosphere.
Pros:

A very nice dog-walking area and a charming gazebo. There is a pool. Great price for bringing a dog to the motel. Good in-room amenities—everything needed for a comfortable stay. Polite receptionist. Cleanliness of the room.

Cons:

Narrow parking spaces are the only downside.

Clean
Pros:

This is an older hotel that has been renovated. Check-in was friendly. The room was clean. The bed was not comfortable, but it was fine for a one-night stay. Pillows were tiny and terrible. Breakfast was typical continental fare. Parking was very tight.

Wonderful experience.
Pros:

Everything was wonderful. I was able to get into my room early. That was a real blessing. It kept me from roaming the streets until check-in. The staff were super friendly and most efficient. The breakfast was pleasant and tasty. The room was very roomy and the beds were sooo comfortable. I will definitely come back here if I am ever in Asheville again.
Thank you to Noah and Dylan for making an old lady feel comfortable.

Pros:

Wonderfully maintained, very large, older property. The landscaping is beautiful. The breakfast is great.

Cons:

The pillows are absolutely awful. Chopped foam or something. All Best Westerns I have stayed at are using them.

Upgraded and good for price
Pros:

Rooms were upgraded (some workmanship issues but mostly really nice), staff was incredible, super nice. Breakfast had hot dishes as well, so not just continental

Cons:

Somehow I missed in the ad that this is a motel, with rooms opening outside, instead of a hotel. That was a bummer. And soundproofing could be better.
