Swimming, Jacuzzi, staff was great, we absolutely LOVED the breakfast staff who served us. We had plenty of clean towels, good smelling shampoo, conditioner & body wash it’s a great place to stay

Quiet and Drivable distance to Major attractions
Pros:

Quiet hotel off the highway. 20 mins drive to many major attraction in anaheim. close to santa ana and irvine. Hotel was clean with ample parking spots. Breakfast is an okay (eggs and sausage) and very strict on timing (closes exactly at 9 AM). very close to newport beach and air museum. lots of dining options close by and the hotel seems to be secure. No homeless people or No shady activity near the hotel.
Check in associates might seem to be not very cheerful, don't expect a big smile and hug while checking in.

Noisy hotel near a freeway
Pros:

The breakfast was good enough.

Cons:

The staff was inattentive to clients. The receptionist for some reason was always on phone and had no time to serve incoming and outcoming guests. That was very annoying. The silence time wasn't respected by staff during night time. I had a room on the first floor next to the lobby and sounds of loud conversations and yelling disturbed me all the night. Location of the hotel is near a freeway, so noisy as well.

Cons:

Desk staff uninterested in customers. Very noisy ice machine in passage. Air conditioning in room sounded like a steam train. Breakfast was awful. No fruit. Scrambled egg like polystyrene, sausages cold and staff not professional.
