Great trip!
Pros:

Great location and great cost.

Cons:

The 1 thing I would change is for them to add shower doors or curtains. Water splashes everywhere.

Good hotel but with small few things that could make this hotel great
Pros:

The room was very nice and the area was really great

Shower was odd, no storage for clothes and not being able to control the heat and air was disappointing

Great location, prefect room.
Pros:

Hotel is very clean, in very good location with variety of restaurants around.

Cons:

Breakfast could start little bit earlier - around 6:30 am . I was not able to have a breakfast due to the late serving time.

Cons:

The bathroom had a strong sewer odor all night, which made it hard to sleep. At first, I thought I was just being too sensitive, so I decided to wait, but the smell got worse overnight. I requested a room change in the morning, took a shower, and checked out right after.

Very nice area like an oasis after long workday. I would go back.
Pros:

Very nice location on the river side. Very quiet and nice area for a walk or run. Many nice Korean restaurants very close by.

Cons:

Not «western» type breakfast and coffee. 7-11 was the best option for breakfast. Crackers and ice coffee worked as well.

3인 투숙에 연휴기간 숙박비까지 오른 상황이라면 투숙객 편의를 위해 카드키는 2장씩 줘야되지 않을까요? 명절연휴에 유등축제 기간이라고 가격이 오르면 그에 걸맞은 서비스가 제공되어야 합니다. 숙박인원을 고려한 수건과 어메니티 비치도 미흡하고 문고리에 걸어두고 예약시 안내된 조식이나 런치박스 이용도 제약이 있더군요
저렴한 비지니스호텔이지만 한철 노리고 손님받는 듯한 느낌이 들어 재방문의사는 안드네요
