A good place to stay when travelling along the Pacific Highway
Pros:

Clean hotel with a very good location. Reasonable breakfast.

Cons:

We needed a handicap access room and weren't able to get it. We were told we have to make my handicap husband climb stairs and walk a long way to our room. We ended up NOT even staying!! Worst customer service ever!

Loud neighbors and non-caring staff
Pros:

We liked the location being in walking distance to lots of restaurants as well as the complimentary breakfast the next morning.

Cons:

During our stay, we unfortunately were in a room next to some really loud people who were continually yelling and blasting music till around midnight. The walls were also super thin, so these loud guests unfortunately kept us up for a long time. I went to the front desk around 10:30PM to issue a noise complaint and the front desk worker communicated to me that he would go tell the loud guests to be quieter. Another hour went by and they were still super loud and blasting music. I went back to the front desk to issue another complaint and it turns out the worker never actually talked to the loud guests. He said that he stood in the parking lot next to our room (not even the loud neighbors room) and "couldn't hear anything" so never completed the noise complaint. This led to us missing out on almost 2 hours of sleep that night. I was super disappointed with this lack of service and it ruined our stay at this facility.

Pros:

Eggs and sausage on toast breakfast followed by a fresh waffle is a great way to start the day.
despite there only being 2 out of the 4 cleaning ladies they managed to do a fantastic job on keeping everything immaculate.

Comfortable, roomy, clean. Good natural ventilation
Pros:

Room was extra large ( even with king bed) with nice chairs ( upholstered with a hassock plus two chairs with a table.) Liked that there were windows front and back plus one in the bathroom: great ventilation.

Cons:

No elevator. Should be one for the building. The hot water was just hot enough— would be better if a little hotter.
