Pros:

Eggs and sausage on toast breakfast followed by a fresh waffle is a great way to start the day.
despite there only being 2 out of the 4 cleaning ladies they managed to do a fantastic job on keeping everything immaculate.

Comfortable, roomy, clean. Good natural ventilation
Pros:

Room was extra large ( even with king bed) with nice chairs ( upholstered with a hassock plus two chairs with a table.) Liked that there were windows front and back plus one in the bathroom: great ventilation.

Cons:

No elevator. Should be one for the building. The hot water was just hot enough— would be better if a little hotter.

Someone should have made sure the body soap was filled in the shower and there could have been two bars of soap.

Pros:

The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was decent and the hotel was in a good location for the event I attended. 12pm checkout time was nice.

Cons:

The bed and pillows were uncomfortable and there was no view for the room except the parking lot even though it was next to the beach.

Towels and bathroom not cleaned and towels replaced daily. Complete mess
Homeless came front door from street, not entrance, to breakfast area and stole four breakfasts worth $60-70. Staff unaware
