Great hotel
Pros:

Nice rooms, airconditioning, the breakfast is good. The staff all are great people, super friendly and welcoming. It's our third year coming back here.

Pros:

We stayed in Ibis Baar one night while we went for an evening running race close to Zug. The hotel is right in front of Baar train and bus station. Perfect location for us. The room was very nice and clean. Super easy to check-in and check-out

Das ganze administrative war eine Katastrophe. Hotel nicht geeignet für Geschäftsreisen
Pros:

Das Frühstüch war reichaltig und gut. Die Lage ist gut.

Cons:

Nicht geeignet für Geschäftsreisen. Rechnung wurde per E-Mail versprochen. Dies hat nicht geklappt, trotz mehrmaligem nachfragen (schriftlich, telefonisch). Ich wurde immer wieder vertröstet. Ohne Rechnung ist es schwierig Spesen einzufordern. Die Mitarbeiterin an der Recepiton hat die falschen Höhenangabe der Tiefgarage genannt. Mit 205 cm war diese dann knapp für einen Servicebus. Das Badezimmer ist sehr klein.
