Old money opulence with experienced and accommodating staff.
Pros:

I loved the boutique and old-English nature of this hotel. It was very comfortable and the staff were very welcoming not to mention experienced in providing that anticipatory service that I always look for.

Pros:

This small, choice hotel is in the wonderfully located St. James District. It is easily walkable. ThecGreen Park tube is an easy walk away. The staff is friendly and thoughtful. The facility is lovely

Good ,very comfortable hotel at a price.
Pros:

The rooms were very comfortable,especially the beds. The position of the hotel is the big plus point.

Cons:

Every charge at the hotel was accompanied with a service charge.Even the price paid on Booking .com. You can however ask for this charge to be taken off.
