Before our arrival we had some questions which we asked via email, these were answered quickly and elaborately. It made us feel welcome even before we arrived. Upon arrival the check-in went smoothly and we were off to our amazing room. The room was clean, it was well maintained and up to date. We slept well because the rooms are quiet. When we went to the breakfast we were greeted by all the staff we passed. The breakfast itself is elaborate with various sweets, breads and a chef who will make your eggs as you desire. Another nice feature about the breakfast, which we as vegetarians appreciate, is that cheese and meats are clearly separated and have their own utensils.
All around we had a more than lovely stay in this amazing hotel!

Great location next to HBF and a short walk distance to the old town, very convenient. Spacious, bright room with modern decor. Complimentary capsule coffee and bottled mineral water daily.
A load-bearing pillar right in the center of the room ruins the open feeling. The tram stop is just outside the hotel, and early morning trams can disturb sleep.
