Gutes Businesshotel
Pros:

Personal freundlich, nett, professionell und hilfsbereit

Cons:

Hotel Architektur wohl entworfen von jemandem der nie in Hotels nächtigt oder nur alleine. Diese Beduftung, die einem teilweise den Atem nimmt.

Pros:

Der Aufenthalt war insgesamt sehr angenehm. Die Lage des Hotels ist super zentral, was sehr praktisch ist. Besonders positiv ist mir das Personal aufgefallen alle waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Auch der Balkon war ein echtes Highlight und hat den Aufenthalt nochmals aufgewertet.

Cons:

Für den Preis hätte ich mir ein etwas grösseres Zimmer erwartet, da es eher klein war. Zudem gab es ein paar kleinere Mängel: Bei der Kaffeemaschine hat der Deckel beim Wassertank gefehlt und im Badezimmer waren die Handtuchhalter leicht verrostet. Nichts Dramatisches, aber Dinge, die man verbessern könnte.

sehr freundliches Personal
schönes geräumiges Zimmer
sehr leckeres und vielfältiges Frühstücksbuffet
schöne Bar, wo man auch gut essen kann
gute Lage zum Hauptbahnhof (gleich gegenüber) und zur Olympiahalle

Würde wieder dieses Hotel buchen, wenn ich mit der Bahn anreise.
Pros:

Perfekte Lage zum Bahnhof - nur über die Straße. Sehr viele Straßenbahnlinien, U-Bahn und S-Bahn direkt vor dem Hotel. Die Innenstadt ist sehr gut auch zu Fuß erreichbar - ca 10 bis 15 Minuten.
Das Frühstück war außergewöhnlich gut. Zimmer sauber und ordentlich.
Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

We had such a wonderful time and hope to return some day.
Pros:

It’s a beautiful space with an excellent location. The breakfast was amazing!! The girls there were friendly and most helpful. Mohanad Basham went out of his way to make our stay exceptional. He suggested sights and tours and restaurants every day. He was always friendly and engaging when we passed through the lobby.

Cons:

I can’t think of anything!

Buena ubicación al lado de trenes y metro. Desayuno espectacular.
Muy buena atención de la recepción.

Cons:

Barrio seguro, pero un poco mas sucio y caótico qué el resto de Munchen. Pero nada terrible tampoco.

We reached at 12 noon and Staff had rooms for early checkin but wanted us to pay more to give the room an hour earlier , very rude by the trainee staff .. made us wait till 2 and waste our time and then only give us the room
