Todo excelente
Le personnel très accueillant, la chambre spacieuse, propre, lit confortable, salle de bain assez grande, il y a tout à disposition dans la chambre et en plus une belle vue sur la ville. Le petit déjeuner est très varié et excellent, il y a de tout et la qualité est top.

A bit too small
Very solid performing hotel without being super special, unique or charming. Location is good for access to train station (almost too close) but also only 10 mins or so from old town. Wrong room on check in but staff fixed after first night which was greatly appreciated.
Very busy on ground floor around foyer and outside. It’s not a choice for a romantic get away, but good value for money and does the trick.

Die Lage am Bahnhof ist beengt, alke Haltebuchten vor dem Hotel waren durch parkende Autos voll.
Abends und nachts dind komische Menschen vor der Tür.
Die Nähe zur Altstadt war perfekt und das Zimmer im 16. Stock der helle Wahnsinn 🤯 Danke dafür.
Nichts
这家酒店各方面都很优秀：
1、地理位置非常优越：门口就是地铁站，街道中间是公交车站，正对面就是中央火车站，往左步行3分钟即到机场巴士站，真是去到哪里都太方便了。
2、购物便利：大门左边就是一个二层楼的DM药妆店（7:00-20:00），各种网红产品都有，扫货很便捷。其他各种小超市周边也有很多家。
3、早餐丰盛又美味：各种火腿冷肉、芝士奶酪、面包蛋糕、鸡蛋色拉、水果酸奶、咖啡茶饮，甚至还有香槟酒呢，真是应有尽有、品种繁多啊。
4、房间舒适：各种设备齐全，房间和卫生间都很宽敞明亮，在欧洲的酒店中，面积算是很大的。我们的房间楼层较高，景观很好哦。
5、服务态度很好很专业，有一位中文很溜的帅哥，他曾在上海复旦大学留学过，遇到我们这几位上海客人，分外亲切呢。

The cleaning way not good
The sheets didn't change for 4 days until we say to them
The bathroom is not cleaned specially the ground there is some dirty smales soo bad all day
The best thing that it has a great bathroom lights and isolated walls very good
The maintenance that needs some more works to fix small issues prior to customer reach especially the bathroom shower
The room has some light not working as expected and the room decoration dark while lights are needs to be redesigned to make it more cozy
The location is very good if you use the train station but the area is extremely crowded and give you feeling like cheap areas and in one day, I have seen two arrests of crack heads in the front of hotel.
The hotel staff need to at least speak English as not everyone speaks their language especially when the visitor is not from the area so they can communicate, I had hard time to understand how to pay for the parking and get their discount which need to be maybe better if written if no one can speak it so they can be distributed among guests
The sound of the train sometimes annoying if you have sensitive ears
