Perfekt, wenn die Nähe zum Hauptbahnhof ein wichtiges Kriterium ist.
Pros:

Moderne Einrichtung, sehr zuvorkommendes Personal. Trotz Innenstadtlage sehr ruhig, dank guter Schallisolierung

Do not stay at this hotel, unless you really need it for the Location. Not worth it.
Pros:

1.Location was the only aspect that was great.

Cons:

1.Breakfast - always need to wait for 10 mins for the egg station lady to come. there was also a stale Soy milk, but, the lady would not understand
2.Room - after shower, the bathroom will be all soaked with water - no shower curtain?
3. The Front Desk double charged our room - complained multiple times, but, not being corrected as yet - after more than a week now. They say their system is poor
4. Poor Service - Bulb went out. Asked for it, but, the lady said it was too late because there was no technician. Then expectation would be at least in the morning or the afternoon, someone comes to the room and change the bulb. But, mentioned this again later in the afternoon. Elena got the phone..... she said she'd get back to me. No response....Went down and asked for the bulb(since it was alread dark). Acting manager(a Thai guy) and Elena said they have other urgent things to care of. Elena really really had a bad attitude - she could not calm down. Thai manager went into their storage and got the bulb. Very poor service overall esp the Front Desk folks.

Pros:

The location is convenient for travellers, it's just a few steps from the central train station. The breakfast was very good.

Cons:

It's a bit noisy outside. The gym was small, some equipment was out of work. The pictures of hotels on booking are better than in reality.

Pros:

Three people working the front desk and the bartender is doing room service, bartending and delivery. If you dont value your time and want a laid back experience, this would be the place.....IF you expect anything done in less than an hour, look elsewhere..
