Pros:

Sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Mitarbeiter beim Einchecken und beim Frühstück. Bad mit Minifenster, sehr gutes Bett, kabelloses Laden fürs Handy, sehr ruhig zum Hof trotz Innenstadtlage. Frühstück hatte alles, was wir brauchten, incl. Pancakes vom Automaten, Gebäck, Müsli und frischem Obst+(-salat). Parken am Haus.

Cons:

Zimmerkarte hat nach Bezahlung des Parkens nicht mehr funktioniert, dass hat uns weite Wege beschert-mit Unterarmgehstützen kein Spaß.

Falls ich nochmals in Rostock bin komme ich gern wieder !
Pros:

Dies war nicht das erste Mal, daß ich in einem Hotel Prize by Radisson übernachtet habe. Auch dieses Mal hatte das Zimmer ein tolles Design, viele Spiegel und aufeinander abgestimmte Farben. Sauberes Zimmer mit Ausblick auf den Stadthafen, Bett mit guter Matratze.
Reichhaltiges Frühstück, nettes Personal - gleich nach der Ankunft wurde die digitale Rostock Card angelegt mit Möglichkeit, den öffentlichen Nahverkehr kostenfrei zu nutzen.
Unter dem Hotel befindet sich ein öffentliches Parkhaus.

Cons:

Der Ausblick auf den Stadthafen ist leider gepaart mit Lage an der lauten Hauptstraße. Schlafen bei geöffnetem Fenster nicht möglich, aber die Zimmer haben eine Klimaanlage ...

Lage gut / Zimmer zu klein.

Es liegt sehr nah am Hafen.

Cons:

Das kleinste Zimmer was wir je hatten.
Die Ablage/Spieltisch/Schreibtisch nur maximal 20cm breit.
Das Frühstück ist sehr schmal.

Das Horel war gut und sauber.

Cons:

Das Personal am Empfang unqualifiziert. Sie waren überfordert mit 5 Zimmer die ich gebucht habe. Um einzuchecken brauchte der junge Mann fast 2 Stunden obwohl erst mal nur 2 Zimmer zum einchecken waren.Dann die nächste Mitarbeiterin das gleiche, und zur Krönung wurden dann als die anderen Gäste kamen, 2 Schlüssel statt 3 raus gegeben. Also insgesamt 3 Stunden an der Rezeption verbracht!! Und das Frühstück fand ich auch unterirdisch.
