Personal ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Das Frühstück ist nichts besonderes.
Die Tapete verursacht Kopfschmerzen.
Nicht einmal ein Zahnputzbecher oder Glas vorhanden, schwach.
Die Toilettenspülung ist zu heftig. Es spritzt durch die Öffnungen des geschlossenen Deckel.

Bunte Farben im Hotel machen gute Laune

Cons:

Das Hotel ist telefonisch nicht erreichbar, nur über die Hotline.
Dort geht trotz vieler Versuche niemand dran.
Um die Kurkarte zur Nutzung des Nahverkehrs vorab zu erhalten, soll man eine Mail schreiben. Hab ich gemacht. Antwort: wir kümmern uns in Kürze. Nix passiert!
Nochmalige Nachfrage- keine Antwort. Also Anreise ohne Kurkarte verursacht zusätzliche Kosten.
Bei Anreise im Hotel: dorthin war keine Mail weitergeleitet worden!
Kein guter Service!!!!
