Pros:

Very clean, comfortable room, large bathroom, perfect drainage at the sink and tub. Excellent position near the city center. Very friendly and dedicated hotel staff.

Cons:

The drinks selection at the bar was poor, almost half of the drinks on the menu list were missing.
No refrigerator in the room, not even to rent for extra cost.
Just one towel for each person! Two towels is the standard UK and most of Europe.

Good overnighter!
Pros:

Good price for twin room, size is compact but that's usual for ibis. Good location, not too far from railway station. Ideal for going to a show at city Hall and for an overnighter. Nice staff on in evening who sorted us out with more tea/coffee. Good shower. They have a WhatsApp service but they didn't respond straight away and we had sorted issue with lights before noticing they had responded.

Cons:

Poor customer service, no information given about the hotel or breakfast and she was more concerned I filled all the form in. Need better signage to rooms and lift as bit disorientating with all thec. No air con in room and I felt over hot, so something to bare in mind for hotter months. Couldn't open window as too much noise from motorway. Beds and pillow were hard and not as comfy as Notts city ibis.
