Hot room. Very hard pillows
It’s in a really good location, close to the station
The rooms were really warm but a fan was provided.
Also the window opens a little but was really dirty outside with cobwebs so didn’t really open it.
Ideal location for my visit.
Staff were always helpful and diligent. When I got locked out of my room because the batteries failed on the door lock, the staff member on duty did not stop until it was rectified. Everyone was good natured, polite, helpful and clearly hardworking. Breakfast was great too!
Was very hot though a fan was provided. Nothing to be done, the weather is to blame.

No air con in the room. Fans provided but rooms were very warm. It would have been unbearable during the really high temperatures.
The member of staff on reception gave us a warm welcome and the rooms were as expected. Breakfast was tasty.

The hotel is about 7 minutes away from the main bus station and 11 from the train station. The staff was nice. The shower worked good. Everything was clean. Bed was comfortable. Close to city center.
It's been very hot in my room. No air-conditioning. Only a fan. 33 degrees in my room. Could not change the room as the hotel was fully booked.
The food from the menue was pretty bad.

Was far too hot. I had to have 3/4 cold showers. I understand that it has been hot recently but at 25degrees it’s not extreme. The room only had a heat only conditioning unit. I would expect better ventilation at least
