Pros:

Reibungsloser Ablauf, freundliche, hilfsbereite Mitarbeitende und komfortabel große Zimmer.

Cons:

Leider hat man auf den Zimmern zur Straße hin immer eine besonders hohe Lärmbelästigung und ohne Ohropax lässt sich dort nicht schlafen. Leider komme ich auch mit den Kissen und der Klimaanlage nicht zurecht und habe deswegen schlecht geschlafen. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr teuer und die Auswahl für veganer leider sehr mau. Ich würde es nicht nochmal dazubuchen.

Pros:

Close to the city, and close to catedral which is perfect because i went to Koln only for my friend wedding,we come from Milan.

Cons:

The sofa bed bit short and hard for my son, so i asked extra blanket and pillow to make the mantras bit soft and comfortable for him.

Schöne Unterkunft für einen Städte- oder Arbeitstrip
Pros:

Freundlicher Empfang, sauber und hell, gute Lage, vielfältige Saftauswahl beim Frühstück, kostenloser Wasserspender im Foyer

Cons:

Im Grund war das Frühstück gut, einzig die Qualität vom Brot war nicht zufriedenstellend. Dieses war sehr hart und trocken.

Für einen kurztrip in die schöne Stadt Köln, ein top Hotel
Pros:

Zimmer sauber und gut ausgestattet.
Ruhig trotz Hauptstraße.
Personal sehr freundlich.
Zimmer konnte aufgrund eines Problems sofort getauscht werden.

Cons:

Brötchen beim Frühstück waren leider alle drei (verschiedene) sehr hart und trocken. Ebenso das Croissant. Was schade war. Sonst war die Auswahl groß.
