Pros:

Location
Staff in the restaurant for breakfast the most friendly!

Cons:

As a Hilton honours member I would of liked water given to us when we arrived rather than ask for it when we left .
Having paid £24 pounds for two martinis and lemonade I would of expected cold mixer lemonade opened and poured into martini
But instead it was bottled from a large bottle of not cold already opened and I think slightly flat !!!
Not the best drinks for the price .

Pros:

Great staff.

Cons:

Very hard bed. Don’t know how larger people manage using bathroom as very snug!

Excellent grand hotel
Pros:

Beautiful grand hotel well kept and great staff. Excellent breakfast.

Cons:

Spa was really good but didn't know there would be a toddler swim session which closed half the pool. Some prior notice would have been helpful to book another time.

Good value for money, but I've stayed in better pet-friendly hotels in Brighton
Pros:

Very clean and comfortable rooms. Great value for money. Plenty of car parking spaces in the underground car park.

Cons:

Lists itself as pet-friendly, yet pets are only allowed in the room or foyer. They are not even allowed in the bar area. There are no facilities provided (bowls, bedding) for pets. At best it's pet-tolerant.

A beautiful, comfortable place to stay and bonus if you get a sea view room
Pros:

The hotel was beautiful and my room was clean and comfortable. The reception staff were all absolutely lovely and nothing was too much trouble for them. The cookie on arrival was a lovely surprise too!!

Great location if you like a soft saggy bed.
Pros:

Location, bar , car park. All good. Easy to explore the sea front. Perfect in that regard. The room chairs were comfy.

Cons:

The bed was too small and not comfortable. Bed was advertised as a queen large. It was a small double. It was also too soft and saggy. The staff were lovely but it’s a very busy bar and 1 coffee machine isn’t enough. Service was slow.
