Amazing 😍
Pros:

Fantastic staff, lovely rooms. Good room service and fantastic bar. Room had everything I needed, it was cool, comfortable and bathroom was perfect 👌🏻 perfect place to rest after a day of shopping and an evening out.

Cons:

Other customers constantly. Very stuck up and get upset over things that aren't that deep. It's unpleasant seeing people be horrible to such amazing and polite staff. Ruined my stay at points to watch full grown adults have tantrums over such insignificant problems.

Hotel information on tv incorrect, tv indicated carvery one Sunday a month , went to Reception, to ask which Sunday the carvery was served , the staff on Reception could understand what we were asking

A very pleasant couple of days.
Pros:

Location was excellent, staff very helpful.
Good sized and well-furnished bedroom.
Dinner was good (but spoilt by massive TV screens around and loud commentary).

Cons:

It needed a quiet place to eat dinner, away from the TV.
The windows in the bedroom should be openable. We paid for a sea view and would have appreciated the sound of the ocean as well.
Breakfast wasn't really lavish: A 4* hotel should provide fresh rolls at breakfast and the buffet should be kept full not just occasionally refilled when a bowl is empty.
The swimming pool wasn't as good as expected: very shallow.

Cons:

Car park spaces are far too tight and not well sign posted outside & inside.
How to use the car park not clear (can we come in and out several times or not?).
But the personnel was were very helpful!

Nice hotel, would stay again but recommend to train the bar staff
Pros:

Room is comfortable but bathroom was quite small. Hotel looks nice and the breakfast is good except that there is no Barista machine option for coffee.

Cons:

Some of the staff members especially the ones working at the bar should be friendlier and more professional.
