Pros:

We had a, really nice room, the staff were very helpful and friendly, the location was excellent right on the sea front.

Cons:

We enjoyed using the pool but it was very busy. I appreciate they have introduced a booking system to try and improve this but it was still busy.

Pros:

We had such a lovely stay at the DoubleTree by Hilton Brighton Metropole for my husband’s 40th birthday.

We had the sea view room with a balcony, so it felt like we were abroad. The weather was lovely, which made it even better!

From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly warm, welcoming, and genuinely helpful — it really made a difference and set the tone for the whole stay. The room was spotless and we were greeted with a thoughtful birthday card, which was such a special touch and didn’t go unnoticed.

The cocktails were absolutely beautiful — easily some of the best we’ve had — and added to the whole experience. We also signed up for the Hilton membership (which is free) and were pleasantly surprised by the extra perks and benefits that came with it.

Parking is on the pricier side, but honestly it was worth it for the peace of mind. Having a secure, nearby space made everything so much easier, especially being in a busy area. The hotel offers a discount for guests.

Speaking of location — you couldn’t ask for better. There’s so much to do right on your doorstep, from the seafront to restaurants, attractions, and everything in between.

Overall, a fantastic stay in a beautiful, grand hotel with amazing service. We’ll definitely be back!

Cons:

Parking is on the pricier side, but the hotel does offer a discount to guests.

Great location and clean hotel!
Pros:

We loved the location! The staff was also very nice during check-in and helped us with a room upgrade. It was a bit extra, but the beach view was definitely worth it. Overall nice and clean room and great parking.

Cons:

We did not love the cleanliness around the pool area. It was very busy (even during no children times), not great ventilation, and strong chloride smell. If you are looking for a relaxing spa experience, this is not that kind of pool.

Lovely hotel and staff. Overpriced parking charges
Pros:

The hotel was lovely and the staff were very attentive

Cons:

The parking charges were very expensive.
We had to pay £58 for 2 nights parking , which was discounted as we stayed in the hotel. I was disappointed at this price as I expected it to be a lot cheaper for hotel guests

Amazing and lovely experience. I would definitely stay there again if I’m ever in Brighton
