Really pleasant stay, comfortable rooms and a great breakfast offering.
Pros:

Fantastic location, the staff were great and our check in was fast and convenient.

Cons:

The shower head in our room was not sufficient, it didn’t fit the holder properly. So when used it moved around and sprayed the wall.

Quite simply a perfect stay.
Pros:

Room was comfortable,great shower and the best sleep for a long long time.
Breakfast was first class in both quality and quantity.
The location is right on Brightons seafront and close to all amenities and attractions.

Cons:

Hotelli oli siisti ja henkilökunta oli palvelualtista ja ystävällistä. Hyvä sijainti lähellä rantaa ja kaupungin keskustaa.

Cons:

Majoitus oli todella ylihintainen siihen nähden ettei hintaan edes sisältynyt aamiaista (korkea hinta johtui siitä, että Brightonissa oli suuria tapahtumia). Sängyn jousitus oli rikki ja siinä oli epämukavaa nukkua, sillä tuntui siltä kuin olisi kierähtämässä lattialle.

Friendly, smooth and great breakfast.
Pros:

Great welcome and cookie.
Very friendly staff, especially Saba who was just delightful and so kind to my kids. I was travelling alone with them, and this makes all the difference
The breakfast was amazing, such a good selection of food and drink. Lovely view

Reception staff were very friendly.breakfast there was a big choice, and lovely.the staff that greeted us and showed us to our table were friendly and remembered us each morning. Our king size bed was big and comfortable.

Cons:

Breakfast clearing staff could do with smiling and looking like they they want to be there.our bed had been made but the room had bits on the floor and in the draws front the last guests, we had no towels, with a call to reception it was put right and we were given a bottle of wine.weve stayed with this hotel a couple of times and booked direct it was not as good experience booking through booking.com.

Cons:

It wasn’t cleaned. There wasn’t enough towels for 3 of is. Bedroom wasn’t prepared for 3 people. Very expensive for this lack of service.
