Location, staff, view, The Salt Room restaurant
AC didn't work, queue for breakfast.
Overall it’s fine, but there are stains, cracks, and some old materials used. Beachfront 4 star hotel for this price should offer much better experience.
Everything was perfect
Location
The doors to balcony did not seal , so a lot of outside noise, the toilet made a loud noise when flushed I believe a replacement washer need to stop it , but we where to prepared to let work men in over our weekend stay
The hotel was friendly, from the moment we entered, the staff made sure we could find what ever we needed.
The lady on reception was excellent, older lady, sorry can't remember her name.
And the cookies we fantastic idea
I have to be honest there was nothing I didn't like.
Location
We upgraded to a superior king sized room on arrival. The room was at the back of the Hotel where a loud street party was in full
Fling. Extremely loud.
The room decor was grey and very bland. Soul less in fact.
The blue decor in the corridors and carpets throughout look out of place in a formerly prestigious Victorian Hotel.
What is there not to like.
Great breakfast, AC, indoor pool and spa, and a fantastic price.
Location
Pool was shabby and dangerously overcrowded…
I liked the size of my room, it was a room with sofa bed
The shower cubicle too small
Good room and food ,good staff and location
