Pros:

La disponibilità di parcheggiare, la disponibilità dello staff e anche la pulizia. Con 5 minuti a piedi si raggiunge la tramvia e l'uscita con l'auto da Firenze è facile e rapida.

Cons:

Nella dotazione doccia, ho visto solo lo shampo e avrei gradito un prodotto più specifico. A colazione avrei gradito anche dei formaggi in più oltre l'unico che era disponibile.

Posizione buona: distanza dal centro 20 minuti di macchina o con i mezzi pubblici (tram o bus), vicino ad autostrada ed aeroporto
Buona soluzione per famiglie: camera familiare con buoni spazi per 4 persone con letto matrimoniale e due letti
Buono rapporto qualità prezzo.

Cons:

Le stanze risentono dell'età dello stabile. Il bagno non ha finestre e l'aspiratore non funziona.
Ho fruito del ristorante interno per necessità ma non lo consiglierei, bassa qualità e quantità limitate.
Parcheggio privato hotel limitato nel numero dei posti e difficile da raggiungere.
L'hotel è su una strada ad alto scorrimento, vicino a ferrovia ed aeroporto per cui la notte si sentono comunque rumori che le finestre non riescono a filtrare.

Pros:

Hotel staff add value to hotel as informative and friendly.

I believe breakfast selection is better than other 4* hotels I've tried in other hotels in Tuscany.

Hotel is 1-2 stops on tram from airport, from 15 minutes by bus/tram to city centre.

Very spacious room, the original double was smaller but fine though TV signal not the best.

Very comfortable bed.

Tea tray and fridge.

Cons:

When we first checked in there was a intolerable drain smell (this smell reached to the top floor and even after a shower was noticeable). Staff explained this is noticeable on one side of the hotel and they did change our room.

The original room we stayed in had bad water pressure from the shower and I think the shower head points the wrong direction - should be fixed to end not middle).

As apparent in many Italian hotels, bathroom dated, the room we moved in was somewhat refurbished.

It isn’t possible to open the window as this location is very noisy with traffic.

Nn é assolutamente un quattro stelle. Bagno piccolissimo e risistemato in maniera posticcia, struttura vecchia.

Brevissimo soggiorno in una struttura ben collegata ma con scarsa manutenzione
Pros:

La disponibilità di parcheggio gratuito in prossimità e il buon collegamento con l’uso dell’automobile. Colazione abbondante anche se con prodotti di qualità rivedibile

Cons:

Migliorabili pulizia e dotazioni della camera. Impianti elettrico e idraulico funzionanti ma vecchi. Sifone del bagno da manutenere per evitare odori di ristagno.
