Gutes Flughafenhotel mit sehr freundlichen Mitarbeitern.
Pros:

Durch eine Flugannullierung brauchte ich kurzfristig ein Hotel.
Das Personal war sehr nett. Das Abendessen und Frühstück waren gut. Das Zimmer auch.
Für ein Flughafenhotel war es vollkommen in Ordnung. Man ist schnell im Zentrum und auch am Flughafen. Das Taxi hat gerade mal 12 € gekostet.

Cons:

Ich fand das Zimmer sehr warm, die Klimaanlage hat nicht wirklich gekühlt. Vielleicht lag aber auch ein Bedienungsfehler meinerseits vor.

Would recommend and stay there again if in the area
Pros:

Excellent location. Very close to the tram into the historic district, about 4 blocks. Staff was helpful and friendly. Our room was a two room suite and was very spacious for our family. The breakfast in the morning was good. Good selections offered

Great place to enjoy Florence from
Pros:

Lovely view with occasional beautiful music heard in the distance
Elevator large enough for 4 people
Quiet, comfortable beds.
Great location
Housekeeping daily with no extra charges
Able to leave bags at reception desk though no one was there most of the time
Abundance of linen
kids enjoyed the bowl of candy at reception desk

Cons:

Room, we felt, was small for 4 people
No where to put your clothes as limited shelves/drawers

Nel complesso, ottimo e in una zona leggermente periferica (ma comunque ben connessa con il centro e con Peretola). Prez
Pros:

Wi-Fi molto funzionante (70 MB/S), utile per lavori o concorsi vari. Zona Novoli servita da autobus, linea tramviaria (3 fermate a Novoli, la più vicina a 10 minuti a piedi), vicina alla Stazione Rifredi (10/15 min in macchina) e Santa Maria Novella (20/25 min a seconda del traffico). Colazione buona e diversificata, staff gentile e accogliente, pronto a soddisfare le esigenze dei clienti. Letto e cuscini molto comodi.

Cons:

Rapporto qualità-prezzo eccessivo. La camera non era da hotel 4 stelle (presumibilmente, ci sono camere superior o suite, ma anche le standard devono rispecchiare il livello della struttura), camera e albergo puliti, nonostante il servizio pulizia si sia dimenticato di cambiare la carta igienica, tanto da doverla chiedere io. Insonorizzazione non eccellente, televisione non funzionante, luce da comodino solo da un lato del letto, i comodini sono semplici tavoli da fumo. Il frigo bar non funzionava benissimo.
