Location (next to train station) and price were excellent.
Room was big and had everything we needed.
The bathroom floor felt sticky.
This was a work trip only need for one night = wasn't the best hotel I have stayed in but did the job

The room was a good size..clean and comfy enough. Big en suite and shower cubicle. The breakfast was pleasant
When we arrived the window was open and being November, the room was like an ice box. The heating didn't seem to be on so we got reception to turn it on and it took the chill away..until it went off again in middle of the night. Reception kindly gave us an extra blanket but the night was cold and struggled to sleep
Upon arriving at the hotel, we were greeted at reception by a very pleasant and informative gentleman who showed us to our room. The room was spacious, and we had a comfortable night. Breakfast was included, and the service from the staff was excellent. I would certainly recommend this hotel.
Breakfast was epic, was not expecting to be catered for as we eat plant based foods, but we had a full english vegan with great coffee and lots of toast - great start to the day!!
Rooms were a bit sparse and basic, but sensed they were upgrading therefore acceptable. Room was clean, and bathroom was fairly new, therefore spacious and clean.

There was know bar or restaurant bed was hard and uncomfortable we were also told that the hotel was being used as a homeless accommodation
breakfast was amazing
heating only came on for one hour in the morning and evening
i aske 2 times for a heater from reception bug told none avaible
bedding very thin ' had to sleep in day clothes
no public bar has advertised
The staff at this property were very kind and went out of their way to be helpful whilst we were staying as our baby was in NICU
Could use a larger duvet for the massive bed
