Best Place to Stay in Stockton!
Pros:

This is my Second visit here and Trina the manager is always so quick to welcome us back and make sure our stay was excellent! Cecille was the front desk agent who helped us checked in and she was also very sweet. The Breakfast buffet was included with our stay and there's lots to choose from and everything tasted fresh! They also serve good Starbucks Coffee with the Breakfast. Best place to stay for great service, good food, and comfortable rooms. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

Pros:

The stay was fine, many amenities offered online were not available.
Pros:

The room and building was very clean and there was always someone cleaning something. The staff was also friendly.

Cons:

I did not like that robes were not provided to the rooms. My husband and I intended on using the hot tub during our stay. The weather was on the colder side, but where we are from the weather in comparison was beautiful, so we were eager to take advantage of the pool and hot tub. However, robes are not provided, and we had to walk from the room to the pool area in our suits with just the bath towels that are in the room. If you are shy or modest this was not a fun experience. The elevator is also glass, and you are seen by all people in the hotel. When we asked about robes, the front desk staff informed me that the pandemic forced them to stop using robes. This makes no sense since they offer towels, so why not robes. The towels offered for the pool area are also not much larger than a hand towel. When we got to the hot tub, it did not smell or feel like it was chemically treated, so we went back the next day and it finally smelled like it had chlorine, so we did use the hot tub. The cable in the room was not functioning as well. We called the front desk, and they were aware of the situation and told us that a channel guide was needed for it to work, and instead of just having laminated ones available in the room, they had to send someone up with a printout.

I always reserve the same type of room but this time the room wasn't the one where I can sit and drink my coffee on the balcony. Main reason I reserved here 😒

Pros:

Location, the staff very friendly smiles very kind and beds were comfortable housekeeping was fabulous. Parking was good and close to entrance. Loved that carts were available to load our luggage.

Cons:

Oh my goodness, the room coffee and hotel coffee near front desk was extremely strong no matter creamer adding water just couldn't enjoy it awful. I didn't care for paying $15 for breakfast that was very difficult to bring up to my room to enjoy in the privacy of my room and carry my breakfast, coffee and drinks. Need serving trays to carry up to room.

Great staff. Lobby nice. Room decorated very cute with furniture and art, carpet. But not clean.
