Un hotel que pudiera ser un diez
Pros:

Lo que más me gustó fueron el tamaño y deseño de la habitación, así como la ubicación del hotel, el buen desayuno buffet y la gente tan amable que lo lleva (la gente del Sports Bar también).

Cons:

El encontrar pelos en la moqueta y de no tener ninguna respuesta al respecto después de haber avisado y pedido que pasaran la aspiradora fue lo que menos me gustó.

Works for a quick visit
Pros:

The staff was nice and the rooms clean. I just wish they had more than one elevator working. There were some good restaurants in an easy drive.

Nice Property---Under Renovation.
Pros:

This Hilton is in a suburban area on the north side of Stockton. It has an open courtyard with exposed elevators---like a typical Empress Suites hotel.. Our standard king room was fine---no complaints. Staff were friendly. Free parking. The hotel does show some age, and is in process of being renovated. In fact, because of the renovation, there was only one elevator operating, which did cause delays in getting up and down to our room. Our only other issue was the breakfast buffet (extra charge). The bread and sweet rolls were stale, and in general breakfast was not up to the chain's standards. But everything else at the hotel was just fine.

A Good Stay
Pros:

Interesting location and a bit of a different building for a Hilton. Front desk was well manned, courteous and efficient, and the breakfast was quite good. Room was large and clean. Points off for loud AC, low water pressure in the shower, and only one working elevator for a good sized property with high occupancy. Overall a good stay.

VIP treatment
Pros:

Our team had the pleasure of working with Ms. Trina Sin for our stay. The manager went above and beyond to make sure everyone in our group was well taken care of and even reserved us parking at the end of each night which is very much appreciated. Whenever we needed anything, she was only a phone call away. Her staff were all so kind and treated everyone like VIPs. This hotel was clean and the beds were perfectly made each day. Looking forward to coming back to Stockton!
