Staff were very nice
Room could have been cleaner.
Room needs updating and maintaining better.
I was informed the menu was 24hrs, when I tried to order, hardly anything was available .
Breakfast wasn't cooked very well, juices were watered down, no decaf teabags. Ingredients were cheap.
I have previously stayed in a ibis hotel which was very nice.

Rooms were cold. 2/3 had heaters but one didn’t and we’re told they were first come first serve. Was told twice on the first day breakfast was included to find out the next day it wasn’t and they wanted to charge us £12pp
