Great value, clean and comfortable.

The location of the hotel is excellent - close to the city centre but not in a very busy area (although there is a quite noisy bar just across the street). The value for money is ok. The bed was comfortable. While there was some noice coming from outside, the 'internal' sound-proofing was very good. Some of the staff members were very friendly (but I wouldn't say that the staff was very attentive overall).
The hotel rooms and facilities could definitely use updating, but I do think that it is in reasonable condition given the price. Cleaning could be more thorough (there were some hairs in the sink and the curtains were dirty in my room), and the detergents used in cleaning have a very strong, lingering scent (so if you are sensitive to smells, take this into consideration). No airconditioning (the unit only heats, does not cool - but apparently you can get a fan from the reception if you wish), you have to keep the window cracked open to get some fresh air and get rid of humidity after taking a shower.
Location is great, very comfortable bed. Stayed there a couple of times on my own while visiting my daughter in college. Would recommend
Having to go to second floor to iron clothes as no iron in room.
The location and the price were both very reasonable for me. The staff was helpful with my request for a business invoice. The receptionist even reminded me at check-in that I did not book breakfast, which I added then. It was a good way to start the day. Also nice that they have an ironing room available any time.
Great location for the trip purpose
Bathroom a smidge too small
The room was somewhat spacious and had the necessary amenities needed. The bathroom had a good size shower and all toiletries needed. The staff were attentive and were supportive. They have a water filling system in place which I love and good price breakfast. The checkout was so flexible.
The cleanliness needed a little bit more care. The room felt a bit outdated.
The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, a good location for seeing a multitude of things, friendly staff, and a nice breakfast buffet.
The bathroom in the room felt similar to an airplane one and wasn't the biggest but was sufficient.
The staff were friendly.
Cleanliness - there was mould on the hinges on the shower screen, the bathroom felt un clean as the colour around the sink area and shower floor was discoloured. The room felt stuffy and smelt a little funky! The door didn’t open fully as it got stuck on the carpet which made it awkward with our suitcases cases.
