It worked. Will not choose again.
Pros:

The staff was friendly. Breakfast was standard. Easy access to where I needed to go.

Cons:

No elevator!!! No one to help carry heavy bag to my room. Bathroom needs an upgrade. Headboard was all streaky.

Enjoyable stay
Pros:

In town hiking, have stayed here before due to location and rewards member. Clean comfortable hotel, nice king suite, comfortable bed and bedding. Good variety of breakfast items, great coffee machine, evening cookies at check in desk. Very pleasant accommodations and quiet location.

Great place to stay!
Pros:

All of the staff was nothing short of amazing! The GM went above & beyond to accommodate us! Jeremy was sooo sooo kind & took very great care of us during the entirety of our stay! Mark was also super personable & great to us. Can’t say enough good things about all of the staff & this hotel in general. Super clean rooms, breakfast is great, nice little gym!

Pros:

Room was great, comfortable bed 👌, TV had everything YT, Netflix etc. , small but all You need gym, coffee and tea available 24h, lovely staff, laundry room for guests, free parking.

Cons:

Breakfast was good but would be better if any vegetables were available. We didn't like also the paper plates and plastic cutlery. This could be improved 👌

Our overall stay this year at Best Western Plus, Superior, was ok, we’ve stayed there many times over 10 years. Breakfast this year was better than other years.

Cons:

Our disappointment in our two stays (Thurs 10/23 1 night stay & Sun 10/26 2 night stay) is in the 2 night stay.
For our 1 night stay the cleaning service was done after we left, of course. For our 2 night stay (same cost per night) our room received no service after the first night. We would expect used towels changed AT A MINIMUM between night stays.

Accommodations exceeded my expectations.
Pros:

Staff was wonderful … from the front desk attendants to the housekeeping staff and most importantly the breakfast bar attendant. Everyone was so courteous and helpful. The room was so clean and breakfast was not only served timely, but everything was well stocked and delicious.

Cons:

I would have preferred the first floor but truth be told, I didn’t request it. So, that one is on me.

Good, but don't expect the pool or hot tub to be open.

My family and I came down to Boulder to visit family and go to a football game, (Let's Go BUFFS!!) And we decided to book this hotel, our experience was overall good, but there were a few things we were a bit upset about. First, let's talk about the good. The hotel was overall good, the front desk had complimentary mints, which I ate around 50 of, and the rooms were good. The beds in the rooms were very nice, I got a good night of sleep every night and the showers were clean, and the water was nice and hot. Plenty of drawers and places to put your clothes and luggage. The TVs were amazing and had apps like Hulu, Netflix, YouTube, Disney, and also had cable. (Whoever's Hulu I used, sorry for that, but I could watch the Rookie with no advertisements.) The breakfasts were also a highlight with muffins, waffles, bacon and eggs, cereal, oatmeal, and juice. And every night they put cookies out. Now the bad... the pool and hot tub were closed and are only open in the spring. The rooms had a distant cigar smell. The bathrooms in the lobby were also pretty bad. But overall this was a nice hotel.

Pros:

This hotel is great - clean, great breakfast (and it's free! and hot food, not just cereal), self serve laundry available at great prices. The stay was very pleasant, reception staff were so welcoming, amazing! Housekeeping is available at your request and by the looks of everything, they do an awesome job .
