Highly recommend and would definitely return
Pros:

Everything that mattered. Room, location and breakfast were spot on and the staff were lovely

Cons:

Women can only use the sauna between 4-6pm

ロケーション：駅,トラム,ストックマン百貨店,大聖堂,有名ブランド店などの中心地からとても近く利便性が高い。　　フロント：親切丁寧で施設の予約に手間取った時には、直接連絡してくれて大いに助けてくれた。　　朝食：質,量,豊富な種類,味のいずれも良かった。スタッフも朝早くから笑顔でサービスしてくれて心地よく食事できた。　　　　施設：部屋にバスタブはなかったが、館内に時間制のサウナがあってとてもリラックス出来た。　コーヒーメーカーの種類が豊富だった。　ヘルシンキに行ったら次回も必ず宿泊します。

I enjoyed the stay very much and said to the staff that I would happily come back for another stay.
Pros:

I chose this hotel because of its location and it was perfect, very close to where I needed to go. Breakfast was very good with plenty of varied choices. The room was basic and simply decorated, but that was all I needed and I liked it. The tea making facility was very useful.

Cons:

The floor of the room was mostly carpeted. Having lived in Finland for some years, that was a little off-putting. Also the rubbish bin in the room was quite small and had separate compartment for recycle waste. Good idea, but maybe a little difficult for a guest (especially from a foreign country) to understand how to separate the rubbish.

Pros:

Very apologetic and pleasant reception team.

Cons:

Hotel had overbooked room reservations so had arranged accommodation at another hotel 20 minutes taxi ride away ( which Soros provided). Very inconvenient at 11pm at night and the next morning.
