Location was excellent from here we could be on food all the time to anything we wanted to visit. It was lovey.

Ear plug should be in the room
Pros:

I just woke up at 4am. For a dew days staying here, ear plug was must have item. The hotel needs to provide ear plug in the room. I woke up because of noise of cleaning car at 4 am. Music sound is coming into room from somewhere. Very annoying. Sound proof is poor here. I am so regret that I didn't put my ear plug last night. Only sleept for 4-6 hours here.

Ihana loma, kiitos <3
Pros:

Sijainti oli täydellinen! Ostin tyttärelle Helsingin matkan 16v lahjaksi ja tästä sijainnista oli kiva käydä Aleksanterin kadun liikkeissä nauttimassa Helsingin tarjonnasta. Respan henkilökunta ja aamiasen henkilökunta oli ihanan ystävällisiä. Kiva kun sai kahvin kannussa pöytään, niin ei tarvinnut käydä kuppia hanasta täyttämässä.

Cons:

Suihkun kaato oli vissiin vähän vinksallaan, kun lattia ei kuivunut nopeasti ja kasteltiin sukkamme :) En osannut käyttää :) espresso keitintä huoneessa :)

aamipala, kivat kylpypommit sain, ja se että tullessani kysyttiin haluanko suihkun vai ammeen.

Cons:

Pieni, pieni huomio millä ei ollut juuri vaikutusta kokonaisvierailuun, mutta yhdessä kylpypyyhkeessä ainakin oli tosi tumma iso tahra, oli varmaan pesty mutta jotain pinttynyttä siinä oli. unohsin tästä mainita lähtiessäni. mutta kiitos muuten kokonaisuudesta.

Das Personal war super freundlich, dass Frühstück perfekt.
Die Betten waren sehr bequem das Zimmer sauber.
Die Lage einzigartig mitten in der Stadt.

Hotelli hyvällä sijainnilla ja henkilökunta ystävällistä.

Cons:

Yhden hengen hotellihuone muistutti sairaalahuonetta, kolkko eikä oikein viihtyisä. Tummia hiuksia kylpyhuoneessa ja sängyssä. Äänieristystä ei käytävälle eikä muihin huoneisiin juuri ollut, eikä harmiksi ollut korvatulppia mukana niin jäivät yöunet erittäin katkonaisiksi. Aamupalalla oli paljon tarjottavaa mutta kaikki todella mautonta. Hintalaatusuhde ei mielestäni täyttynyt verrattain muihin sokoshotelleihin. Ensikerralla valitettavasti majoitukseksi valikoituu jokin toinen hotelli ystävällisestä palvelusta ja hyvästä sijainnista huolimatta.

A gem of a hotel in the heart of Helsinki's city centre

Solo Sokos Hotel Helsinki (located on Kluuvikatu 8) was ideally located near city centre with clean, functional rooms, friendly and efficient staff, and an all-purpose restaurant with tasty food. It comes highly recommended for solo or group travel. I am especially grateful to Kape for going above and beyond the call of duty. Her cheerful willingness to help made my stay especially pleasant.
