Pros:

Outstanding breakfast. I was on a business trip and had little time to do things. The staff were very helpful in making sure I got what I needed in the most efficient way. Their restaurant is quite nice. I ate there more than once after long days. Service and food are both excellent.

Overall very pleased with our stay and would definitely go back again!
Pros:

Great location, beautiful design, kind and friendly staff, delicious breakfast restaurant. The rooms were spacious and quiet, clean bathroom with a really nice shower.

Cons:

The curtains didn’t fully block out the light which made falling asleep during the summer a bit challenging.

Kommer altid til Helsinki tidligt om morgenen, og helt naturligt tager jeg på hotellet som det første.
I receptionen bliver jeg mødt af ‘du kan ikke tjekke ind før kl. 15’

We would revisit if the room temperature can be cooler and can be maintained by us instead of hotel. Staff very pleasan

Friendly and helpful staff. Great location. Very good breakfast. Comfortable bed.

Cons:

Rooms too hot. Not able to reduce the temperature lower than 20 degrees C. Very uncomfortable sleeping temperature.
No decaff coffee and tea provided in room and for breakfast.
