Cons:

Окна в номерах не открываются - и это огромный жирный минус, убеждена, что эта информация должна быть отображена обязательно в описании отеля. Для меня возможность открыть окно, проветрить помещение, да и просто спать со свежим воздухом является очень важным фактором.

Such a lovely team — they really took great care of me.

Overall a nice stay, but I noticed some dust on surfaces like the towel shelf, the rail in front of the wardrobe, the bathroom mirror, and the spotlights. A more thorough monthly cleaning — or even a quick pass with a duster — would really improve the experience.
Bed to soft for me.. first moments feels great.. after I woke up I felt pain at my lower back.
