Charmingly appointed quaint affordable luxury.
Pros:

This very pretty boitique hotel is in a great location in Old Quebec. We loved the fireplace (real wood!!!) and the cozy sitting lounge. There are a few cozy nooks and crannies off the welcome area. There is a coffee/latte/cappucino machine available all day in lobby plus an in-room coffee maker plus kettle. The staff are friendly knowledgeable, and helpful. The paid parking is right at the hotel and convenient to access car whether you just need to quickly grab an item or exit for a few hours. HINT : It made it easier if you have 2nd set of keys; the attendant keeps a set and we had our set to access car. Our room was large and attractive. Our bathroom had separate bath tub and shower. It is not a large hotel, so no long noisy hallways. This is a small hotelier chain and they take pride in the affordable luxury that they offer. Really a gem.

Pros:

We loved the classiness of the hotel. The lobby was both classic and modern and the furniture and lighting was elegant and comfortable. The artwork throughout the building was very high quality which added to the soothing ambiance. The staff was very friendly and helpful including finding us reservations to a restaurant that had nothing available when viewing their online website.

Cons:

It was mostly my fault for not asking for a room on a higher floor. On the 1st floor, on the back of the building, the view out was of the parking lot and some very dreary buildings. That, of course, is not the fault of the hotel. One other thing, the bathroom was quite small and tight for two, with bad lighting, nevertheless, was well appointed.

Wonderful other than expensive/limited breakfast
Pros:

Did not eat breakfast there.

Cons:

Breakfast offering was too expensive for the offerings. Should have been able to pick items for separate prices not 20 some dollars

Wonderful Hotel in the Heart of Quebec City
Pros:

Great Location! Great Staff who were very friendly and responsive to requests. Stayed here in late November to visit the Christmas markets and loved it. Very close to everything and lots of great restaurants very close by. Lovely lobby which was very pleasant for drinks and snacks. Very clean, very quiet. Stylish boutique decor -- rooms were a little dark. Great amenities. Bed was very comfortable and the shower was wonderful. Definitely recommend.

Lovely smaller hotel.
Pros:

This is a lovely, small hotel very well located in lower old town Quebec. The staff is very helpful and accommodating in both French and English. The room was large and very well kept, including two visits a day (clean up and turn down). Family members stayed at the Hilton and Marriott and found this hotel superior in every way, except amenities (no pool, limited restaurant) and parking. Parking is limited, so some cars have to be moved around by the concierge.

Charming, Well-Situated Hotel with Excellent Staff
Pros:

We had an absolutely lovely day at this charming hotel. We came to celebrate a rather large birthday (mine). We found the beds and the room quite comfortable, not to mention quiet. The hotel is located close to everything, but it’s not on a touristy street, which is great.

We were especially impressed by the quality of the service. Everyone was warm and helpful. I had a question about going to Montmorency Falls, as I was reading conflicting information about access and fees on the Internet. The young woman at the front desk wasn’t sure how to answer my questions, so she took it upon herself in the moment to call Montmorency Falls and get the answers I was looking for right there and then. That’s excellent customer service. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Quebec City. :-)

Amazing weekend!!!!
Pros:

What a great place to stay in Quebec. A beautifully presented hotel located close to the old quarter, restaurants & walks. There was a lounge to relax & make yourself a coffee. The room was well appointed , had a nespresso machine and big comfy bed.
The location was excellent with good access to attractions and dining . Finally excellent staff.
