Comforting stay at a quiet hotel
Pros:

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location and the room were very quiet. The hotel was very clean and the bath products were top notch. They have a nightly turn down service that offers water and chocolates.

Climatisations insuffisante malgré que j'ai ajuster le contrôle a 18 et ventilateur a 3 il fessait chaud.

Cons:

If I was being picky then more of the comfortable low level seating being available as opposed to the high level desks would’ve better to encourage guest to relax in the bar/lobby.

Wonderful staff and spacious room
Pros:

This was our first stay at Le Germain in Quebec City. Staff was very attentive and our room was very spacious, comfortable and quiet. Breakfast bar is great as well
