I had a pleasant five-day stay at Furama RiverFront while attending a convention.
The hotel is located in a quiet yet convenient area, approximately a 20-minute taxi ride from the airport. It is approximately a five-minute walk to Havelock MRT Station and a 10-minute walk to Clarke Quay.
My first impression of the hotel was that it felt somewhat dated, but still welcoming. The check-in process was quick and smooth. The rooms were clean, though they also appeared a little dated.
The staff were polite and helpful. However, there was a mix-up regarding my instructions when someone came to collect a parcel I had left at reception. In addition, housekeeping removed the Starbucks card I was using to keep the power on—which is understandable—but they also took the card away.
Overall, I would recommend Furama RiverFront if you are looking for a conveniently located hotel in a quiet area at a reasonable price.
The fridge in our room wasn’t working. Sin came and replaced it with a brand new one within 5 minutes of it being reported
The Children's play area, and central location.
The internet was terrible. The front office staff are not helpful to do anything about it.
During check-in we were required to pay additional more than 960 dollars just because we needed connecting rooms, which we indicated during booking. The front office guy was not cooperative, it was a bad experience, since we already paid for the rooms, there was no way back.
Close distances to the middle of the City
Cleaning the room every 3 days? That’s insane. At least the bed should have been made every day. A room should look clean after coming back from day-tours.
It was cheaper.
Very old and outdated, mould in bathrooms, lack of housekeeping, broken facilities like taps and lights in room, pool needs a lot of maintenance, tv didn’t work, air conditioner needs maintenance, only very hot water which is unacceptable for children and daily use.
Good value for money. Friendly staff. Thank you to Ma'am Betty for keeping our room fresh and clean!
We found this hotel fit for purpose. Its comfortable, and we ended up buying their breakfasts daily as they were good value with plenty of options for fussy eaters or gluten-free.
They do only service the room every three days to be sustainable.
The pool was very nice too.
We organised a conference at Furama Riverfront for 3 days as the venue is able to hold our needs for more than 200 pax, with room for exhibitors's display. The coordination and response with Furama (Ms Elaine) was exceptional as she acceded to our frequent requests for minor changes and venue visits with different members of our team.
For our guests, Elaine made arrangment for them to enjoy good rates for the hotel stay.
The hotel offers Halal meal/buffet which is good if your participants are muslims.
Before and during the conference, we had additional support from AV technician (Mr Mohan) who stands ready to assist. Our event went well and it impressed our participants and guests.
Non-responsive staff ,be careful with your booking ,try not to pay upfront-if you don’t get the visa to come over -they won’t pay your money back under any circumstance!
Generally-don’t use this kind of hotel ever !
Horrible experience
Everything !I hate everything about this place !
思ったより狭くはなかった。

We had our mother's 88th birthday celebration. The service was execllent. The staff there were so nice and accommodating. 5 hearts. This helped me so much when i had seating complications.
The embience and venue was wonderful. We had a special time with my relatives. There were different feedback on the food. I liked the Rendang and Chendol. Wish they had a little more spread, like one or 2 more items but overall it was Good ! Wish i could have booked a room too. The amenities for kids and activities were many! I would recommend to others. Thk you to the staff!
