Cons:

Informațiea incorectă despre transfer spre și de la aeroport.
Pe buking este declarat ca gratuit, pe cînd hotelul are taxa de 6 euro pentru transfer.

Betten waren super, es ging alles einfach und schnell

Cons:

Das Frühstück war lediglich ok - für 17€ pro Person einfach nicht gut genug. Leider war es auch sehr laut.
Das Zimmer war in Teilen wirklich schmutzig, einfach nicht richtig geputzt

Cons:

J'avais spécifiquement réservé une chambre incluant le petit-déjeuner, pour un montant supérieur de 35 € par rapport au tarif de base. Cependant, le matin venu, le personnel a refusé de prendre en compte ma réservation et a exigé le paiement de 17 € par personne pour accéder au buffet.

Si l'hôtel est conforme à mes attentes, l'attitude et le manque de considération du personnel sont inacceptables.
