Cons:

Stay was good, but I had stayed in various other hotels as well but few points which are required to be highlighted are
1. During my booking I had given for an extra bed which was added in my booking as well (free of cost) and the was confirmed at the reception, but after speaking to everyone from room for more than an hour finally I had got an extra bed but had to pay for that
2. Whenever I used to give In-Room dining orders, the first thing they would ask was the mode of payment as if we were running away. Over and above if they miss asking the mode of payment they would specially give a call and ask for the same.
3. Food options for both Veg and Non Veg needs to be increased

Stay was super good .
Pros:

Location, as it is almost at the centre of everything.

Cons:

The front staff at the reception lacked basic courtesy in greeting the guests with a warm gesture but the housekeeping and the ones at the restaurants were super amazing and super courteous. Even the bell boys who took initiative of booking a cab for us when our cab failed to arrive at the designated pick-up point was a very warm experience.

Very nice environment.specially behaviour of your employee was fantastic. I can remember a name is Neha. She is so cooperative. I like your customer service.

Cons:

I think you have so many international guest so if you take some extra card machine which is comfortable for credit card holders. The only thing I can say you should improve.
